I had used Sinak Plumbing a few times to clean out our sewer a few times, and the guys that came out were always so polite and knowledgeable, always explaining what they were going to do. Steve came out on the scheduled day. Right on time. Steve was so easy to talk to. I showed him what needed to be done, and he explained how he would do it. I have used this company before and the workmen are so polite and neat that I didn't get another estimate, so I don't know how the price compared to other companies. For all the work involved in this job the price seemed reasonable. Steve scheduled the work just a few days later. On the day the job started Steve came out, too, to explain what needed to be done to his workman, Erin. I was introduced to Erin at that time, too. I appreciated both of those things. Erin did such a great job. I have a dog that barks and barks every time someone comes in the house, and he didn't show that it bothered him, though it surely must have. He mounted the drain pipe to the wall in such a neat way. I wasn't sure how it was going to look. Also, Erin always came upstairs to tell me when different parts of the water supply would be turned off. He and another worker did such a good job, and they completely cleaned up after they were done. That is always a huge plus. It took one day and just an hour the next morning. I thought that was great. We were really happy with the work Sinak Plumbing did for us.

They checked the drains in the sinks and went up and beyond what they said they would do. They asked if they could do anything else while they were there. They were efficient and prompt.

After a plumbing disaster with water coming through our kitchen ceiling, we had Sinak Plumbing come out and replace the leaky pipes and some water lines in our 73 year old home. We also had them come back and repair the walls, once the job was completed. They did a terrific job and we now consider them our "go-to" plumber. Their employees are very nice people and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Excellent -- a bit expensive, but really did a great job, were very pleasant to deal with and left the job in perfect condition, cleaned the work area completely before leaving.

Work was performed just as I requested in a timely and efficient manner. Clean up was very thorough.

This company should be on your call list for when you have sewer or plumbing problems.

The service plumber arrived on time, and Angie at the office was great in working around my busy schedule. I expected this to be a more involved repair, but the service plumber quickly found the problem and did not do any more work than necessary. We have used Sinak before for a new water service line, and they have always been prompt, professional and do excellent work. We will definitely use them again.

Always confirm an appointment the day before and call from the road when they are one their way. Allways efficient & professional. Service could not be better.

Company was recommended to me by my neighbors and my parents, both of whom are previous customers. Sinak's plumber showed up on time, worked quickly, and even put drop cloths down to protect my carpeted stairs and basement rec room. They replaced my garbage disposal and then all the old rotten cast iron pipe (corroded) with new PVC all the way from the kitchen sink down to the main stack. Later that day, another representative (supervisor I believe) came by to check on how things were going and to bring a part by for the plumber. Everything was done correctly and works great. They cleaned up their mess and put everything back the way it was. I have no complaints about Sinak and will definitely call them in the future when I need a plumber. As for my bathroom, my neighbor told me that Sinak did the remodel at the same time his was done (sometime in 2004 before I bought the house). It still looks good today and has had no issues. My only complaint would be the thin 1 coat paint job, but I have no idea if Sinak painted it or not....so whatever....I fixed it with a new 2 coat paint job! :) Everyone that comes over talks about how great my bathroom looks, so as far as I'm concerned, they do nice work.

Sinak always give small arrival windows, update you and work with your schedule and show up when they say they will (or let you know when they can come and why they are delayed - which is rare.) Once they get to the house they listen to what is going on and get to work quickly and efficiently. All their plumbers answer your questions and never make you feel stupid for not knowing something. They are even kind to inquisitive small children. They check with you if additional work is needed or recommended and their pricing is fair. They stand by their work and it has always been top quality.

The plumber was very professional and prompt. The job took most of the day. Our house is 80 years old so in order to put the garbage disposal in, we needed a special part that had to be ordered. The work had to be completed the next day but they got the part for us promptly and the work was done. I feel the labor cost was slightly high, but we did add some work after we got the initial estimate. The total bill was a little more than expected but after the initial shock I feel it was fair.

They are professional. They are good at what they do. The garbage disposal unit they installed for us is holding up well. We had no complications with the company. I would use their services in the future also.

I love them. The price was very reasonable. They gave me an estimate for what it would cost to replace the line. We were getting other bids for replacing it. I called the guy that gave the estimate back and had a conversation with him about what really were the risks. He was very honest with me and told me to continue to watch it for little leaks. It's a 90 year old pipe. He said that we should probably have it patched at that cost for quite a few years yet so we actually decided to just do that for the time being. We have had a number of major repairs on this 100 year old building that we live in. They were completely open with me about it and I appreciated that. I would recommend their honesty and their promptness. Not only are they prompt to get here, they do something about it and their work is prompt. I think they are reasonably priced. We have had them come for several things and it's always around or under $200.00. I am not afraid to call them and I don't worry about what it's going to cost. They have always been great.

i called and talked to courteous and professional person. Easily made an appointment for the next day. Plumber was on time and did the job. Talked to me about it. Company billed me since I had used them befire,

Our toilet clogged, and despite my best efforts with a plunger and auger, I couldn't clear it. Sinak plumbing came out the same day we called and unclogged the plumbing quickly. They were very professional, friendly, and quick. Definitely will use them again (next time our kids experiment with what flushes and what doesn't)

Sinak Plumbing came to my home within days after my request for a bid. After i accepted the bid they came to my home within days and began work. Sinak arrived when they said they were going to, performed the work in a professional and prompt manner and tested the equipment. They found a deficiency and spoke with engineers at Norvic then to Laclede Gas Co in attempt to find potential solutions to the problem(s). After Laclede inspected and made possible solutions Sinak returned and completed the work and retested the equipment to my full satisfaction. THANK YOU SINAK PLUMBING!!!!!!

The price was good. We've had services like that before and the price seemed average. It went very well. The person showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. They did the service correctly and we were very satisfied. It could have been cheaper but the service was good.

The price was reasonable. They were very friendly and they cleaned the thermostat. They checked over everything instead of just trying to replace stuff. They looked at our air conditioning unit and said that we shouldn’t put too much money into it because it was over 17 years. He also cleaned the outside of the unit and fixed the problem.

They were really great. They were prompt and did a good job. They had come out about five years ago, and they were really good, which is why I kind of remembered who they were. When there was a problem, they came back right away. I don?t have a basis for the comparison of their prices; I don?t know if their price is high or low compared to somebody else. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I've used them for a long time and have had no reason to quit. This was a minimal job but I have used them for more extensive work in the past. They come pretty quickly when I call and I don't usually have to wait days and days. They are pretty prompt. Their pricing is good and they do the work. They have been just fine. I will continue to use them.

I've used them for years. I knew the original owner and he sold it. I?m pleased with their service. They came out late in the afternoon and evening when I had a furnace problem. I would call and they would say they would be out if I was home between 7-8 because it was cold outside. I've had good service from them.

I received the invoice on Jan. 13, 2011 - more than a month after the service. I called the company this morning (1-14-11) and talked with Bill. I asked Bill again what the company's hourly charge is. I was again told $99. Then I asked why I have to pay $496.50. After he discussed with Mr.Sinak, Bill called me back and gave a kind of itemized charge ? $99 hourly charge which included the 15 minute service call charge, installing the unite and filling the warranty form (I did not get a copy of it). When I mentioned I would most likely to report this incident to Angie?s List, Bill told me ?Are you threatening me?? and hung up. I was not able to get any further explanation.

The service was good. We would recommend them.
