I have used them for about four years. They are on time, efficient. I didn't have to do any cleaning after they left. The fact that they always come when I need them. They are good, the men I don't feel threatened, I love them. I like them, I don't have to worry about anything left out around the house. They are clean and polite and courteous. They are nice and they are fun. I like them.

The tech made recommendations and offered options.

It went pretty well. Our local electric company had a sizable rebate of about $700 and we have not yet received it because they are awaiting more information from Anton’s. We had to call the electric company and Anton’s to get them going on this; we were a little disappointed in that. So far we seem to like the system but it has not been that long and we are just entering the cooling season so it is hard to tell at this point but the installers seemed to be knowing what they were doing maybe it was just a fluke with regards to getting the rebate. This is on our list of follow ups to see what the status is. Their prices were comparable with another bid that we received on the same system. It was high but we went with the most energy efficient thing that we could get that is why it was so expensive. We had one another company come out for efficient heat pump and there is only one manufacturer who had the best quality so we needed find the vender who sell and service that so we just had these two come out and they were very comparable.

My husband and I have used them for many things over the years and were always completely satisfied.

Anton's Air Conditioning and Heating we have been using them for a number of years. Craig Denton is the owner, the guy who came out here last time was Mark Adams. I pay them once a year for them to come out and do the furnaces and then to do the air conditioning. I have been using them for ten years or so, that speaks for itself. Excellent service. Their people are excellent.

Very professional worker and very clean . He had to run to his truck a lot due to the difficulty of the job and put shoe covers on every single time he walked in and out even after I protested. I would absolutely use them again.

They have always done a great job. I am on a monthly service contract with them which includes two annual checkups. They have always been very helpful, handy and on time. They are respectful of our time and we always have had a good experience with them.

Everything went well from the moment the technician appeared at my door until he left. He was neat and polite. He brought in tarps to cover all of the flooring (including the basement steps) that he would be traveling over in order to get the old dripping water heater from out of the basement and up the stairs to his truck. He even put covers over his shoes which I know all homeowners appreciate.

I got a phone call shortly before he arrived. The plumber showed up precisely on time. He replaced the hot water heater quickly and cleaned up everything when he was done.

They were a great company to work with. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I've had this job done several times over the last four years, and this is the third company that I've used. I'll certainly be using them again. Sinak had not only the best price but also the most polite, clean cut, professional plumber out of the three. The only issue I had was that they arrived later than expected. I had taken the day off of work so it wasn't a big deal for me but on another day would have been frustrating. Overall the price was great, the service was excellent, and the plumber professional. I was so happy I referred them to my brother for a larger job involving the replacement of a main line.

Great. Sinak tech fixed the leaking faucet without having to tear out my whole kitchen -- the outside faucet goes into the house behind the built-in fridge in the kitchen, and there is no access to the pipe from anywhere else. He was able to repair it from outside.

This company was recommended. From out of town, I called to arrange for them to come to my house in St. Louis to perform specified work by a defionite die date. They came according to their promise and performed the work for which they were hired excellently, all with no local supervision. I give this company the highest rating possible for reasonableness of cost, quality of work, and dependability. They came when they said they would and did what they were asked to do, and did it well. Highest recommendation possible. They were exceptionable.

We have been Anton's customers for about five years and continue to be very pleased with their customer service. Our service technician, Mark, has serviced both our AC and furnace. He's very knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Everyone at Anton's is great to work with and we appreciate the periodic reminders for servicing.

I am very pleased with the customer service I get from Anton's. They always remind me of my upcoming appointments as well as call when the repair team is on their way to my house. I can count on them being here on time unless an emergency comes up. The service technicians are extremely courteous as well as very professional. Their knowledge always makes me feel secure in trusting them with their recommendations. They always wear protective shoe coverings so they never track in dirt. They make sure I understand what has been done and make sure I"m satisfied before they leave. This trip the owner came along to make sure the service calls were going well. You can always go to him if you would need to but his employees are very efficient. I purchase their yearly coverage so they come to check my AC in the spring as well as my furnace in the fall. The cost I put was for a year coverage. I always recommend them to my friends.

Anton's continues to provided excellent customer service and pricing. There are less expensive brands, but compare exact products and they are exceptional. We have used them for over 8 years.

I think the first time they came over was to snake the drain. What a surprise! The first time we had to do this we used Roto-rooter, at increased cost and not great service. But Sinak has been solid ever since the beginning. Bill and the other schedulers are great, we always receive a call when someone is on their way, all the guys are great and very courteous. We recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Everything about this experience was excellent. George arrived right on time, was friendly (even with my barking dogs) and got right to work. He prepared me for the worst case scenario when looking at the problem but was happily able to fix the corroded dielectric without having to remove lots of pipe. We will definitely hire Sinak again!

I called to get an estimate for a garbage disposal repair and Bill answered the phone promptly. After providing the hourly rates, Bill took the time to ask me what the problem was, and explained how to troubleshoot it myself. I don't think that I have ever had a service provider do this! Later that day, I used his tips to fix the disposal myself. I believe that Bill has integrity and I will definitely use his company in the future when I have a plumbing issue that is beyond simple troubleshooting.

I absolutely adore those guys. I won't go to anybody else. I maintain a contract with them and those guys are Johnny on the spot. They have showed up every time anything has broken up with in an hour if not hours.

I found Sinak on Angies List and called them when one of their competitors didn't answer the phone. Bill answered the phone for Sinak when I called a little before lunch with a kitchen drain issue. When we ran the garbage disposal, the other sink would back up. He said that, much to my surprise, that he had someone in our area this afternoon who could stop by after his other call! It was early to mid afternoon when he knocked on the door. Was very professional and while here, identified a part that could be replaced on the faucet that would improve our water pressure issues at the Kitchen sink. And of course, he also did the work that he came for. Efficient, friendly, and they will bill us. I'm very happy with the service (same day!) and would call them again.

I called, obtained an estimate for the work, made an appointment, they showed up on time, performed the work quickly, informed me of the work they had performed and sent an invoice. Sinak Plumbing is very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them.
