Danny was on-time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even offered to hose down the outside part of the unit to ensure we were getting the best air intake possible. That was "above and beyond" in my book. I would definitely recommend Anton's to anyone in need of a/c repair. There's a reason they've been in business as long as they have!!

Anthony from Anton's evaluated our A/C unit and provided recommendations for immediate needs (refridgerant low) as well as future considerations. He inspected and cleaned the unit and filled with refridgerant. After service unit works much better and keeps up with temperature. Anthony was very professional and honest, and did not recommend unnecessary service or work. I am very pleased with my experience, will use Anton's in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and professional HVAC company...there are many to choose from and it can be overwhelming...you will not be disappointed with Anton's.

Sinak worked with us and the county to find what still needed We needed someone to complete a job begun in 2002. Most plumbing companies do not want to tackle anything someone else began, much less years ago. We had to have this finished in order to pass the final plumbing inspection required by the county. Sinak worked with us and the county to identify what was still required. They brought the plumbing up to current code and the county passed the job! A new toilet and fire blocking was installed. The plumber arrived on time. He told me what he'd be doing. Started the job. We decided to install a low water flush toilet and replaced the existing one. He installed the new toilet, replaced the soil pipe, put in the fire block. Sinak arranged for the county inspector to come and look at the installation. We passed the county inspection for plumbing! They were a [;easure to work with and helped us complete a project that has been a royal pain for a long, long time, Sinak is wonderful.

They do a nice job. Their pricing was very reasonable, I did a lot of checking around. They came right out and were right on time.

So that's why I ended up not using anybody else. Though they wanted to sell me a new air conditioner.

These folks are wonderful. We have hired them on multiple occasions and we have always been satisfied with the price and service. They have been great for large projects, such as a new main water line, as well as small repairs around the house. They are always my first and last stop for plumbing services, and I recommend them to all my friends.

We had root buildup in our main line running from the house to the street. I called around and Sinak was the most affordable. Most plumbers wanted over $200 to drag a big snake into our basement and clean out the main line. Sinak charged $115 and they didn't drag a big dirty snake through our home into the basement. Instead they had a snake which attached to a large handheld drill. It cleared the clog, was fast, and way more affordable than other plumbers. Not to mention the plumber who actually did the work was the cleanest most professional plumber we've ever had come to our house.

The plumber arrived on time. He went straight to the kitchen and took the old faucet off. While under the sink and on his back he was cursing under his breath. After he removed the old faucet he put in the new one. Still cursing under his breath he put new faucet in. He handed me direction papers on installation and warranty papers but no warranty information to fill out papers. He did not show me how to use the faucet or explain what he had done. He then took the old toilet seat off and put the new one on. He took all packaging out to truck but didn't give me any warranty papers for the toilet or model numbers or etc. for toilet or faucet. I went into the kitchen to try the faucet and found the hot was now the cold and the cold was now the hot water and was not working properly. The hose in the faucet doesn't go up unless force is used. When I asked him why he hooked it up like this he said he couldn't hook it up any other way. Prior to this my faucet was hooked up properly. This a relatively new kitchen( 5 years old). There is no excuse for this improper installation. Further I can't ever get parts for my warranty moen and toilet seat as he took all model and etc. numbers with him. I plan to call sinak and ask for another plumber to come out and put this faucet in properly and bring model and serial numbers for my warranties. I will write another report once I receive proper installation. The plumber should not take all warranty information with him but leave the customer with all the information they need to file warranty papers. No plumbler should install a faucet like this and switch hot and cold water lines. The left side of my faucet is cold water and the right side is hot water and the hose in the faucet doesn't work like it should. I'm notifying Moen of the problems but I can't use my warranty as the plumber took all information with him . I plan to call Sinak around 4/14/2014 to see if they can send another plumber out to fix this faucet and reverse the hot and cold water and fix the hose in the faucet. They offer a 30 day warranty on service call and labor and 60 days on parts replaced. I also need my warrantry informatrion to register my faucet and toilet seat.

I've never received such prompt and professional service. Scott came out to give a bid and gave us an extremely informative and professional estimate. It included what-ifs and several price options depending on what we wanted to install. I loved having the ability to choose what I wanted and being able to see all the information associated with that decision. The most impressive thing was the responsiveness of questions. I sent many emails back and forth to Scott with questions. I always got an almost-immediate response - even late at night. Thanks very much. We will recommend you and will use you again in our next home.

Punctual, friendly and helpful. My A/C was shot and needs replacement, but they did not do any high pressure sales. Theier sales representative was friendly and laid out all the options for me.

My experience with Anton's Air Conditioning and Heating turned out very well. We've had some problems with it but they resolved them. I have called them 10:00 at night and told them my furnace went out and I was freezing and they would send someone out. I was freezing and so happy to see them arrive.

Arrived at home to find my house freezing after returning from work. I had heat when I left that morning. Called the office and spoke with Jackie to make an appointment. I chose the Antom's based on their reviews and discounted diagnostic fee. Jackie was very friendly and helpful over the phone. An appointment was made for the following day. Darryl arrived at the designated time. He introduced himself. He was also friendly and professional. He examined my unit and did a series of test. He started off by telling me that my unit was very old and past it's life expectancy and I needs to replace it. This did not sit well with me. This type of sales pitch always annoys customers because it makes us feel like the company is just out for more money. I'm well aware of how old my furnace is considering I've lived in my home for over 5 years and have had it worked on quite a few times. At least tell me what the issue is before you try to sell me a new furnace. I asked around how much a new furnace would be and he told me to contact the office to find out an exact price. We moved on and he told me that I needed to have a new capacitor, circuit board and to have the blower cleaned. He gave me the estimate for the work and the prices seem pretty inflated compared to what I'm used to. He also included the price for replacing a water heater dryer vent pipe. Not only were the prices inflated but he was trying to get an additional $300 out of me for a product that he wasn't even there to look at! Even if I would have decided to let him fix the problem with the circuit breaker he did not have the part with him on the truck and I would have had to wait an additional 1 to 2 hours for him to go and get it and come back to complete the repair. Meanwhile I had to be at work in the afternoon. Since he couldn't put the part in anyway, I decided to contact another company. They came out causing me to have to pay another service call which is certainly not Anton's fault but you should be able to trust the first company so that you don't have to call a second company. The second company did diagnose it with needing a new circuit breaker but said the blower looked fine and did not need to be cleaned. The second company also diagnosed it with needing a new blower motor I'm not sure why Anton's did not diagnose this but diagnosed that my dryer needed a new vent. Perhaps more attention should have been paid to the actual reason why they were there in the first place. Rather than put more money into my older unit then it was worth I did decide to go with a new unit. The second company that I had come out gave me an estimate on the spot. I called Anton's back to see what their estimate was. A young lady answered the phone and took my information and said one of the technicians would give me a call back shortly to give me a estimate. Someone called me back and wanted to schedule an appointment to come out and take a look at the unit. I did not see why that was necessary considering someone had just been out to my house and they have all of the information on my current furnace in the paperwork. My house had been without heat for a week. Considering the circumstances obviously I wanted my new unit put in as soon as possible so a second unnecessary visit was not what I had time for.

Gentlemen that came was EXCELLENT. Very helpful, explained everything very well. Would use them again for sure.

I really wish I was able to make this an "A" but this is my experience. My sewer was backing up in the basement when the washer drained. I called Sinak on 1/2/2014 after looking on Angie's List for recommendations and I am originally from So County and knew they had a good reputation. Bill said they would have someone come out in the morning. I said that would be great. 1/3/2014 9:30 - I called to get an approximate time and was told I was next on the list. 10:30 - Bill called to say the man was stuck on the job, that they did not forgot about me and I would be next. Great, thank you for calling. I appreciate the curiosity. 1:30 - I called to get another approximate time and was told that the it "would be any minute" and I was next. 3:40 - I called again and was told, "I'm sorry to have to tell you this but I inadvertently lied to you twice." The plumber stopped at a job in between my house and the job he had finished and was stuck again." At that point I was so mad that I did not want to say anything I would regret so I said, "Let's do this, cancel the call because I have already lost an entire day of pay and work because of this. Thank you." and hung up. I have already received service from someone else.

Bid was very good. Did not come in as the lowest, but would consider doing business with in the future. I wish they had broke the bid down by unit and labor.

Readjusted a shower valve temperature setting to permit warmer shower water and tightened a kitchen spray hose head. Have used them previously for kitchen and bath hook-ups of new fixtures and replacement of a three story sewer stack. Prompt, professional, and good value because the job is done right the first time.

The customer service is amazing. The agreement we have with this provider, slows us to get discounts on repairs and our calls are a priority. They really go to bat for the customer in regards to manufacturer warranties.

Just as one would hope. Plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. One of the washers didn't seat properly and the plumber returned quickly and made the necessary adjustments. All is well.

Mark was very friendly and professional. He was courteous and helpful. He could have sold me a $2500 part, but instead made a stopgap measure so that I will have the time to absorb the cost by replacing an electronic component. He inspected my ducts, alerted me to a potential problem and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I would definitely use this company again and I would request Mark from the dispatcher.

I have always found their service people to be very professional and honest. They do a great job and always leave my house as clean as they found it..

Dan was very thorough, explained all my options, and priced each one. They even let me use two coupons from Angie's List that save us $89. I was very impressed with Dan and my interactions with the office. Consequently, I bought a service contract from Dan. I won't hesitate to recommend Anton's to my friends and neighbors.

On Saturday evening my neighbor noticed that our AC unit sounded funny. Having some knowledge of AC's he decided to pull the disconnect and call me. Since this was the day that our renter moved in, we felt terrible that he would not have any AC for the night. So we called Anton's after doing a little research on Angie's list. We called Anton's around 7:30 and the repairman called back within 10 minutes. He stated that he had one repair job before ours and would call when he was finished. He called when he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. The AC was fixed 20 minutes later. I think the repairman's name was Danny and he was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. I never thought I could get my AC fixed at 9PM on a Saturday night but Anton's was there to save the day. I'm keeping their number in my phone and will use them again.

Work was done as promised and exceed expectations!
