We had a very tight schedule on the closing of a house. An issue arose with a vent during an inspection. Anton's arrived almost immediately, found the problem and had the parts on the truck to repair the missing ductwork. They were a little expensive, but we would pay it again for their services if we found ourselves in the same situation. Not only were they responsive, but professional and easy to work with.

I had a toilet that was not flushing properly. The plumber fixed the problem, but within a couple days the toilet began running all the time. They came back and did not charge, and fixed, but within another week the chain broke. A month later the same issues are occurring, so looks like it was a temporary fix. I called a different plumber to handle the issue and hopefully will get a permanent fix.

The above price is just an approximation, because we have a monthly membership where they will come out and check our furnace/airconditioner twice a year and we get discounts on service. We have had them come out multiple times, and they are always very friendly, professional, and prompt. We have really appreciated the services that Antons provides. The owner even came out once with his technician and introduced himself. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Anthony was on time, very courteous, and thorough in his evaluation. He came out to inspect our AC unit which was not functioning. He was professional and gave me a strong sense that I could trust his evaluation. He explained the problem and some possible options for resolving the issue. He seemed to give recommendations that revolved around my best interest and did not make me at all feel as if he was trying to sell me anything. Very low pressure and comfortable interaction. This company really seems to put the customer first! Anthony is a top notch specialist and we were very impressed with his service. Will use this company again when occasion arises. We called for an estimate and got an appointment THE SAME DAY for our broken second floor air conditioner. Another company on Angie's list wanted us to wait 3 weeks for an estimate? AFTER we had purchased a coupon. We called the company and within a few hours, Eddie came out, ran a diagnostic, allowed us to use our Angie's list membership to buy a coupon to get a discount on the appointment, and diagnosed the problem the same afternoon! Within a few hours our air conditioner was fixed! EXCELLENT service, EXCELLENT responsiveness, and EXCELLENT price!

Update: Warm weather arrived and tried air conditioner, it wasn't turning on. I called Anton's and they were out at my house within an hour to fix it. It was a minor issue with a connection. Things went very well. The workers were very good. They were very prompt. What stood out the most was that they came in, did their work and were professional and courteous.

he confirmed that our thermostat was shot, explained options, and installed the new thermostat we preferred. Also recommended installation of a carbon monoxide detector, but did not pressure for this.

It went fine. I was a little unhappy because the drain flange on the bathroom sink held water (didn't drain all the water) which would ruin the finish on the sink. Evidently this is normal which makes no sense to me. The sink isn't that old. They had already disposed of the old flange they removed so they found another one that would be better and installed it. Workmanship was great. Customer service was great.

We also were getting estimates from our previous provider. We elected to go with them due to some customer loyalty incentives. However, I would recommend Anton's highly to anyone needing estimates for AC/Heating. We were VERY impressed with the response, professionalism, and price competitiveness!

This is the 2nd time I have used Sinak Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future. They are not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for. That being said, I feel their prices are in line for the quality of work they provide. They are always on time and respectful of my house. The work is always done to my high standards and they clean everything up when they are finished. This time I had Sinak remove my ancient water heater that had started leaking. They installed a brand new water heater and brought everything up to code. Overall a very positive experience.

Installers arrived on time each day they were here. It took them three full days to complete the installation. They kept me informed along the way and took the time to answer all my questions. They discovered a gas leak in the basement and notified me about it and provided two solutions. Anton's is a great value and they do great work. Most of the companies I spoke with didn't want to replace the entire duct system without an additional cost. They are the only company in St. Louis who offers the Aeroseal duct sealing product. I highly recommend Anton's and Aeroseal.

Anthony was professional, energetic, polite and capable. He set right to work tuning up the A/C and furnace. Our A/C hadn't been cooling well, and we were hoping it was just dirty, but Anthony discovered that our freon was low. He explained that there was no way of predicting if, once he filled it, it would be okay for a week or a couple years, as the size of the leak was unknown and they tend to get worse over time. I opted to fill it anyway. Anthony did a good job of explaining our options to me. I had confidence in his honesty and his knowledge/abilities and would consider using Anton's in the future.

On Christmas Eve one of the waste stacks backed up, causing minor flooding on our first floor. The plumber noted that an area of drain pipe at the base of the stack (in the basement) was once again blocked, and because this was happening fairly often, we decided to replace the blocked section and base of the stack. I received several estimates and chose Sinak Plumbing to do this work. The estimator carefully explained to me what would probably need to be done, what problems we might run into, and the subsequent proposal was clear and concise. The job I had been dreading went exceptionally well, even as an additional 23 feet of deteriorated pipe was uncovered. Arrivals and projected timelines were precise. The men on the job were hard and careful workers, with a demeanor about them that made me very comfortable to have them in my house. They spoke with pride about Sinak, which I thought reflected well on both them and the company.

I bought a Service Agreement in April when I had a tune-up. I called to have someone out, the lady who answered helped me through checking a few things at home and shutting off the system (so it could dethaw in case the line froze). She didn't want to schedule for today because if the line was frozen, they would have to come back out tomorrow. We scheduled for 7A Saturday morning. I was going to be charged normal diagnostic fee because I have the SA (89.95 vs 129.95). The tech came out and found the problem in about 15 minutes. The fan motor had gone bad (was drawing twice the amperage for which it was rated). He was very friendly and explained everything very well. I guess the motor they carry on the truck is a little bigger than the one I have, so he wasn't sure if it would work. Either way, the pricing on the service was a bit outrageous. Their pricing (and the way they present it to the customer) is very confusing. They have four pricing brackets. As far as I can tell, there are two prices you pay based on if you have it done immediately or later, and then two prices you pay based on whether or not you have a service agreement. The prices on the invoice are $588.39, $692.22, $488.44, $574.64. I believe the first two are given during a diagnostic and the ladder are given when they find the problem during a preventative tune-up trip. Of those you have the service agreement pricing and the non-SA pricing. I was shown either the 588.39 or 692.22 (not 100% sure which). Given the age of my unit (13 years) he also quoted me for a replacement unit and upgraded coil inside (they use a new type of freon which is incompatible with the old coils). The technician said normally a sales guy would come out and do the quote but couldn't get a hold of him. He called the owner who gave me a bid of $3,200 which I thought was reasonable. I decided rather than put $700 (that must have been the price I saw on the iPad because that was the impression I had for the repair cost) in to an aging unit I would update to a more efficient unit. After he left I YouTube'd the repair and decided to brave it. After a bit of searching I found a new motor for $107 w/ tax, locally. The repair was quite simple. It just involved splicing 3 wires to hook the new motor to the existing wiring hardness (wire cutters plus twist on wire connectors). I texted the technician and he updated the paperwork (hadn't turned it in yet) so they wouldn't charge me the $1000 deposit the new unit on Monday. Bottom line, I thought the markup for the repair was a little outrageous. The service was outstanding and accurate and definitely made my service agreement worth it. The repair took about 30 minutes for me as an amateur (if you don't count 90 minutes locating the motor). The motor was $100 for a brand name motor (GE). So I calculate the costs as a 3x mark-up on parts and $600/hr for the repair. Advice to company - don't show so many prices on your iPad. It is confusing.

Great. The company was unable to give me a timeframe window but did come the same day called. The team that serviced me w as very thorough making sure they understood the ac system before doing anything. They also explained well what was going wrong, why, and improvements I could make to the overall system. They were completely professional, transparent with pricing, and most importantly able to fix my problem quickly. I even signed up for their maintenance program and look forward to working with them again in future.

They are responsible and they come when they call. They come as soon as they are able to work you in. I don't think they were particularly overpriced.

Bought the Angie's list deal and they responded promptly to arrange an appointment. They are allot like the cable company in that they will only narrow down their arrival to 3 or 4 hours. I made an afternoon appointment. So late that afternoon I get a call from them saying their guy is running late. A little while later they call and say he will not show up at all that day and schedule another appointment for a couple days later. On that day late in the afternoon they call and again say their guy is running late. This time he does show up around 5. The technician was a real nice guy but he was unable to complete his work because he did not have a key tool to remove the refrigerant line caps in order to check the refrigerant pressure. He told me he would come back the next day (a Saturday) and check the refrigerant and also told me he would call in the morning to tell me when he was coming. I got no call and he did not show up. So the first of the next week I call their office and the gal who schedules the appointments (who was also a very nice person) doesn't want to schedule a return appointment for 3 weeks. But she finally agrees to schedule one about 1-1/2 weeks later. So guess what, on that day she calls and again says their guy is running late. He shows up about 5:30, apologizes and finishes his work. Both he and the gal you speak with on the phone are very polite but apparently the owner of this company must think that customer service is about how people speak to you rather than getting the job done in a timely fashion. My job was not an emergency situation but if I had one I sure would not want to wait on these people. I wish I could shoot the consultant who gives business owners the idea that customer service is about apologies, thank you notes and offers to sell service contracts. So in case I have yet to make it clear enough, Mr. Anton, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT IN A TIMELY FASHION WITH THE LEAST DISRUPTION TO THE CUSTOMER !!!!!!!

The endeavor was a great success. Unfortunately the water pressure was so good that my kids flooded the bathroom floor and caused damage to the first floor ceiling below the bathroom. Careful what you wish for, right?

We have used Sinak Plumbing several times over the course of the past 15 years and have always had prompt service that was fair and efficient. This last time we had two drains fixed. I will continue to use Sinak plumbing.

Very impressed with Anton's. Tony was excellent, professional, polite, and honest. The ladies I spoke to at the office, Lyndsey and Jackie were nice and professional as well. I called this morning and they made the visit and repair today. Would highly recommend.
