Description of Work: Carpenter Brad Dingley replaced rotted facia on front soffit of our home and replaced rotted facia on three front dormers of second level of our home. Painter Rob Finley painted the siding on the three dormers, the existing window trims, and the new facia boards. We are very pleased with the work, the house looks really good and Brad and Rob were easy to work with. Will recommend them to others in the future.

Description of Work: While we were away on vacation Kearney Painting (Rob) completely rehabbed my deck which was in dire need. He sanded, filled in cracks, routed corners, and did an outstanding job.  + 0 moreHe cost three times less than our other bid and he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond and caulked parts of the porch to help prevent extra water damage. They didn't make a mess, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I'm still amazed at how good our porch looks. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone. He has lots of examples of the work he's done both interior and exterior.
