Bobby Schafer was the main guy I was in contact with and he was available every single time I called him - he answered the phone personally every time, which was stellar. We made several changes to the project and he very fluidly adapted to the changes. Overall, the customer service and overall concern of the company was absolutely stellar. They put up with me and every minor concern I had, and went overboard to exceed my expectations. They went above and beyond!

He follows up at all times to make sure things are going right, he stops by after the job is complete to make sure the clients are happy with the work performed, he takes his work very seriously. I would recommend him to anyone, He's great to work with and a pleasure to have had work for me. There was work previously performed by a different contractor that I wish I had hired Alex for.
