Ron is a treasure. He completes his work thoroughly, is cheerful and responsive, and always responds to special requests positively. He is constantly seeking better products and methods to enhance his ervice. I would recommend him to anyone.

"Our company is so sorry to see this kind of report and for most clients that we serve our company is more than professionally able to handle almost any problems or concerns regarding our service. This client purchased a general cleaning of 5 rooms for $75.00, as you can see by the picture of the floor above the Big Deal would not have covered the amount of time & heavy duty cleaning that it would of taken to clean this home. Our company is not going to do a cleaning job for which it wasn't hired to do. This client received more cleaning then was agreed but not to the point of the heavy duty cleaning that it would of taken. I also disagree with much of what was said about my cleaning service and really feel this was more of personal attack versus a real honest estimation of my cleaning service. Also would like to add that my employee is also very professional & does not use her cell phone inappropriately."

I have used Today's Cleaning Service for 2 years and have found Ron and his assistant Andrew to be terrific. They are punctual, thorough and cheerful. My house always looks great when they are done, and they have always responded to any special requests I have. I will continue to use their services.

I contacted them through a referral from Angie's List. The workman actually showed up with his two children, ages 9 and 14. They were actually apart of his cleaning team. After they stated they were finished and were ready for payment, I wanted to check how thorough the job was. Too many areas were left uncleaned. I do not have a messy house, but my floors had been re-sanded and many areas were left dusty. I've noticed several areas that were left completely unaddressed. I opted to just pay the company and send them on their way. I was just caught off guard by him bringing his children. The man was very friendly and down to earth, but this situation was far from professional.

"I'm sorry that this client was uncomfortable by the 16 year old young man I hired to work with me all summer. Yes, Andrew is 16 and he's a really good young man who worked really hard all summer. My 13 year old son was with me that day just to tag along as he what out of school for the summer. . I bought Nick (my 13 year old son) a shirt that says, "Today's Cleaning Service" on it so he could feel like one of the guy's. The Member was quite nice to Nick and even invited him to swim or come over any time to swim. My son isn't apart of my cleaning crew. I may have given the Member that impression because I liked making Nick feel like one of the guy's. As far as the complaint that areas were missed when I first spoke to the Member over the phone It was the Member who told me that "I don't expect all of it to get done." "You may be able to get only 1 or 2 floors." If you even only get the 1st floor done that would be great. After cleaning her home she told me what was missed and I immediately offered to fix it. The Member told me no I can do it next visit which we agreed would be weekly on Wednesday. I actually offered again at this time and once again Member said that the next visit will be just fine. I am so sorry the Member just opted to pay and send us on our way. This was her choice of course, however I just knew that Wednesday was right around the corner and I had planned to "WOW" her with my cleaning skills just like I do with all my clients. I had also planned to either give her a discount or do extra detail cleaning to make sure the Member was completely satisfied. The last thing the Member said to me was see you next Wednesday. Wednesday came and no one was home. I called and left messages that I was so sorry to have missed her. I even sent a thank you card with cat treats to the Member offering to give a discount on my next cleaning visit. The Member has at least 5 cats and I wanted her to know I cared about her as a client and I do "CARE" very much about my work. My small cleaning business is my pride and joy. I do regret that the Member would not let me make this up to her and that now I'm responding to a "C" report on Angie's List. ."

Ron and his helped arrived at my house at the expected time. They then cleaned two floors of my house in four hours. Everything went well - floors mopped, everything dusted, and bathrooms cleaned.

Ron gave me a bid for cleaning the apartment. I thought the bid was high but decided that, if the job were done well and promptly, it would be worth the price. It was done promptly but not well. The kitchen floor had been mopped but was still dirty and gritty. Running my fingers across it accumulated lots of dirt. The range had been cleaned but the burner trays were stil dirty and greasy and the inside of the oven was not thoroughly cleaned. I had specifically requested that the fireplace and hearth be vacuumed. This was not done thoroughly and there was plainly visible ashes and debris on the hearth. Some of the woodwork throughout the apartment had been cleaned but there were still areas that had not been cleaned. When I called Ron and told him about my compaints he refused to do any more work.

I was in a panic as a large group of family were visiting in two weeks. I emailed Ron and he returned my call the next day telling me to relax and that he would get everything done before they came. He called to give me some times that he had free. He was very professional in manner and appearance and made sure that he understood what my expectations were. He worked alone for 61/2 hours and I was extremely pleased. I knew all of the costs up front and will have him back for routine cleaning in 2 weeks and will continue using his services.

Ron came on time on Friday to bid on my basement clean up. I accepted his bid as it was very reasonable and he scheduled me for the following Tuesday. He listened carefully and asked questions to clarify. When I asked him to do something that he thought wouldn't work he offered alternate solution. I was told that I had lead dust in my basement and I had done extensive research on clean up method. I wanted things done a particular way. I was aware that I sounded down right picky at times but Ron continued to listen to me and did what I asked him. We had our 100 yr old basement demoed, tuckpointed and painted recently and it had quite a lot of dust on everything there. He tackled it carefully and methodically. When done things were organized in categorical piles and were 'dust-free'. He vacuumed the floor, between the rafters and all the windows as well as the stone foundation. After he was done with vacuuming he went back and mopped. Per my instructions wet wiped each and everything that I had in my basement. I noticed that even the water lines and other pipes (now exposed after our recent demo) had dust and he wiped them as well. I had a lot of empty boxes that he ended up hauling, Without fuss - without attitutude - without 'that would be extra' - it was a pleasure working with him.

Ron answered the first time I called, he set up an appointment immediately, he came out gave me a discount on the first cleaning for mentioning Angie's List. He's not cheap, but I've found most services (dog walking, house cleaning, laundry/dry cleaning) to be more expensive in St. Louis than in Chicago.

Their service is great. They have a unique service plan. It is an ala carte plan. I only have to pay for the rooms that they do, so that saves me money. I will continue to use them.

Very pleased with the work that Ron completed - very professional, honest. Ron cleaned for us several times, but we had to cut back for economics - having a house cleaner is a luxury. We asked Ron to do specific things (such as putting extra effort on the hard wood floors) and he did them as requested. Ron did all of the cleaning himself, which was important as we did not want strangers in the house. One time, Ron broke a small glass candle votive - it would have been easy for him to hide, as we have a (4) year old, but he owned up to it, and offered to pay for it - so he is very honest and dependable. Ron charges by the room, so appreciate the "ala carte" aspect

We have been very pleased with Ron's service. He is reliable, does not complain about his work. When we first met him, he told us exactly what he will and won't do, what happens when he breaks something, what to expect from him. He is very willing to work around my toddler's nap time and is willing to turn down the radio at that time.

I told Ron that I had a heavier-duty project of cleaning part of our basement after construction work and years of neglect. I needed it done within a week and Ron was agreeable to the task and worked hard to find a good time within a week. He said he'd arrive between 2 and 3, but he came at 4 pm, though he did call to let me know. I only had a limited amount of time and was disappointed that he was late. I showed him that I wanted him to clean using a wet-vac to catch what he brushed off the ducts, but he persisted in brushing off rubble/dust with a feather duster directly onto the floor, He used a very wet cloth to wipe off the ceiling, which made the rubble on the floor wet and muddy. There wasn't enough time for him to clean up the floor and finish the job. I think Ron is a superb person and probably is good for general cleaning of a home. I would use him for lighter work, but not for heavier duty things.

The basement of our 117 year old house was in pretty horrible condition due to an explosive sewer back up and the subsequent excavation to replace the pipe. Ron completely sanitized the basement, and left it smelling clean! He was cheerful, thorough and very professional. I would definitely use him again.

It went great overall. My two roommates and myself let the place go for a couple of months (three grad students, male). You can imagine what it looked like. He came in, did a thorough cleaning. He missed two things but for the price, he did an amazing job. Next lowest price was $80 higher from a competitor. Oh, and he came out and did it the next day. The house was cleaner than when I moved in. I just left the key in the mailbox, that was it. I would definitely hire him again.

Ron has been cleaning my house for about 6 months give or take. I feel that what he charges per room is very appropriate and reasonable. He does a wonderful job with basic housecleaning. He is very flexible with my schedule, and I am able to call him at the last minute usually to reschedule if I need to. Ron is very professional and will call in advance if he needs to reschedule with me. I would definitely recommend Ron if you are looking for a housecleaner!

They've done everything we've ever asked of them and have always come when we have asked them to. We have always been pretty pleased with their work. They are always very professional and friendly. I think they are a little high priced, but they do a good job. We have them come every two weeks.

Ron is completely honest and trustworthy. I have no concerns at all leaving him alone in my home. He has also been very reliable for us, showing up every day he is scheduled to work for almost 3 years, or calling to reschedule the few times an emergency has come up. The exact time when Ron shows varies somewhat from week to week, but he always shows up eventually. He methodically works his way through our whole 3000 sq ft house for a reasonable price. If you want someone to focus on tiny detail-work like dusting knick-knacks, Ron is probably not the cleaner for you. But if you want a good basic thorough housecleaning, Ron can do the job well.

I know I'm a perfectionist, but I was somewhat less than satisfied. By many people's standards, he did a great job, but I paid him extra to do some extra things, and he really missed some things. Specifically, I asked him to wipe down all the baseboards and mop all the floors, and he very obviously did not do either thing. He also did not shake out or vacuum the area rugs, filled up my bathroom trash can with paper towels and did not empty it, left dusty things from below the beds on top of the comforter for me to deal with, and left my cleaning supplies all over the house. He did do a good job on the bathrooms. Also, we discussed a price on the phone, but when he came he said the things I wanted him to do were extra, like wiping the baseboards. I don't consider that an extra, personally. I guess I should have called him and asked him to come back, but I didn't have the gumption. Now I know why they say to do a walk through BEFORE the worker leaves!

RON KEEPS HIS EVERY-OTHER-WEEK APPOINTMENT FAITHFULLY, HE IS POLITE AND PRESENTABLE, HE WORKS HARD, AND -- MOST IMPORTANT: HE CLEANS THOROUGHLY AND WELL. HIS PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE WITH THE ST. LOUIS MARKET. I HAVE WORKED WITH SEVERAL HOUSE CLEANERS AND CLEANING SERVICES OVER THE PAST TWO DECADES IN MORE THAN ONE CITY AND FIND RON AND WHITE HORSE CLEANING TO BE AT THE TOP OF MY LIST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
