I submitted a request on the company's website and suggested 3 possible dates/times as requested. I didn't hear back for several days, so I also left a voice mail. I finally received a call saying he had been out of town. We scheduled the time for the cleaning, and when he arrived I showed him some stains/spills that would need extra attention. I had to leave, so I left him a check to pay for his services and a key to lock up when he was finished. I went back the following day, and found all the lights were left on in the house, and the stains were still in the carpet. My son took some cleaner and a scrub brush and easily removed them, so I know that the man from Carpet Plus could have removed the stains if he had put a little effort in to it. The stairs weren't very clean either - ir he cleaned them at all it was only in the main traffic area - not next to the walls or in the crevices. I called the man from Carpet Plus and explained that I didn't think he had done a very thorough job. Instead of offering to make it right, he just told me he "was sorry I felt that way." I paid Stanley Steemer an additional $100.00 to come out and re-clean the problem areas and the stairs before the new tenant moved in. I will never use Carpet Plus again.
