had a 04 sonata that had a rough idle. I took it to big o and told them what it was doing. They had it for three days and told me that it needed plugs and wires. I told them to go ahead and that cost 500. I got the car back and didn't notice a difference so I took it back in. They said that the engine needed to be cleaned with a chemical. That was 300. Again the car wasn't any better. I replaced the mass airflow sensor twice and finally they told me that it need a catalytic converter. I was done at that point and I will never be back at any big o tires again.

It went well. I would freak out about the cost had that been my personal car, but since it was company paid for it was fine.

I'm never disappointed with the service at Big O Tires. I usually go to the one on Peachtree Dr. in Columbia, MO and they're always friendly, prompt and helpful. Thanks so much for being different than the and quot;other guysand quot;.

I had a tiny hole in my tire and searched online to see if patching my tire would be a good option, instead of replacing it. I found a coupon from Big O for a free tire patch and made the appointment. They were fantastic: They got me in within two days of when I called, when I arrived they patched it right away (I was even in a major hurry, but I got done in time), they were very professional, they gave me a list of recommended services for my vehicle given its age but didn't try to convince me of any extra work, and the patch has held up marvelously. I would definitely go there again!

I've been going to Big O Tires on Business Loop for the last 6 years, ever since we moved to a house nearby. I liked how close it was to my house for convenience, I can drop my car off and walk home, then walk back when it's done. I have kept going because I am always so impressed with their professionalism and service. Just like the big car places, they have a courtesy car (or truck) that will take you to work and pick you up when your car is done if you want. They are generally very fast, and their prices are fair, and cheaper than the dealership for sure. I don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of me being a woman who knows little about cars, I trust them when they say I need something fixed (which I rarely do, which is another reason I trust them!). For the record, as of writing this my car is 12 years old, and still runs great, been taking it there and only there since I purchased it about 7 years ago. They don't try that gimmick thing with me where they try to show me a part of and quot;my carand quot; that and quot;needs to be changedand quot; or whatever some of the other places used to try on me before I found Big O. They don't try to push some unnecessary parts or service on me like some places do. I trust them to give it to me straight, and they do!

I loved them. Excellent service, very personable, you can actually see them working on your car if you stand in front of their big old window and they're just all around good people. I've had oil changes there, my whole family get tyres from them, I get my tyres rotated, if I have a problem with my car I can take it over there and they will take care of the problem. I use to teach and I said to them, "I have to be at work by 7:30," and they said, "No problem miss. Listen you can bring your car over and we'll take you to work and pick you up after." I love them. Last year when I got some tyres for my daughter they looked at her tyres and they said she didn't really need all 4 tyres. They said they would just replace those front tyres. If I had gone somewhere else they wouldn't have told us that they would have charged us for all 4 tyres. They also changed her oil.

New tires, replaced, but recommended several services that did not need to be done, at a very high, not competitive price.
