Took some investigation work to find leak. I think price was high but plumber was great.

This provider is completely unprofessional. I would never use this company, if this is how you are treated when you are trying to find someone to do a whole new house system, imagine how you are treated once they get your money. Awful customer service!!

It went pretty good.

He showed up early and did the work in a timely manner and even gave me some suggestions on other parts of the house to improve upon and was very helpful. I would not hesitate on using their services again.

We haven't lived in this house very long so I am not familiar with the heating system and have never had a heat pump before. The technician was prompt and friendly. He checked out the furnace blower and showed me where I had put the furnace filter in backwards without making me feel stupid. He was very patient with me and demonstrated how to remove and replace the cover on the furnace. He did not try to sell me a new furnace filter as the one I had was still clean (I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance). He then went outside to the A/C unit and checked the Freon level. He explained everything he was doing, completed the work promptly and left the basement area clean.

There were no existing ceiling lights in any of the rooms where the fans w/lights were installed so the task required them to crawl around in my attic, trace the wiring, etc. The installations were done very neatly and the electricians cleaned up after themselves daily. The project took 3 days to complete. The only thing was that the original estimate was made in November and the electricians did not get to the job until February. I was not in a hurry for the lights so it didn't create any real problems for me. Originally, the work was to be done in December, but I didn't hear from the company until the end of January when they called to ask if I still wanted the work done and to set a date on when they would start.
