Jon came out, listened to what I needed, made some excellent suggestions. Came back later with a complete design and concept that worked with my ideas and house. I am an experienced gardener, so I had some problems with the plant choices, but he was limited by what the company sold. We worked around them as best as we could. The work was done on time, the workers were excellent, and the finished product is lovely.

The technician arrived on time. The hourly rate was comparable to other companies. The technician worked fairly fast trouble shooting the zone, which did not work at all. The next day another nearby zone(which had worked before the work was done)did not work. (The technician had unknowingly disturbed a wire when fixing the nonfunctioning zone.) I called and he returned fixed that problem the next day quickly without charge.

I have used several irrigation companies and like Baxter's service agreement contract and promptness. They have made several visits to help us plan the irrigation for the yard after the pool is in.

AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE WAS EASY TO MAKE AND THE ESTIMATOR SHOWED UP PROMPTLY. HE QUICKLY SOLVED THE LOW WATER PRESSURE AND THE INOPERATIVE VALVE PROBLEMS BY SIMPLE CHECKS I SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF WITHOUT CHARGE. THE REMAINING WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND THE WORKERS ARRIVED ON THE DAY AT THE TIME SPECIFIED. THEY WERE CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY REPLACED THE BROKEN SPRINKLERS, REMOVED, REROUTED & ADDED IRRIGATION LINES. THEY DID NOT EXCEED THEIR ESTIMATE, AND THE SYSTEM HAS WORKED ALL SUMMER LONG WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

BILL WEISHAAR DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IMPLEMENTING A SOLUTION FOR WATER MITIGATION. WE HAVE A SERIOUS BASEMENT FLOODING PROBLEM DUE TO THE LOT OF OUR NEW HOME BEING GRADED IMPROPERLY. BILL WORKED WITH OUR CIVIL ENGINEER TO EXCAVATE THE YARD AND REGRADE OUR PATIO TO IMPROVE OUR WATER PROBLEM. HE WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE AND STAYED ON TOP OF HIS CREW. WE LIKED THEM SO MUCH WE HIRED THEM TO DO AN ADDITIONAL $2,000 OF LANDSCAPING AROUND THE HOUSE AND HAD SOME PLANTS AND TREES PUT IN. WE WOULD HEARTILY RECOMMEND BAXTER GARDENS TO OUR FRIENDS.

CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME TO MY HOME MARCH 19, 2005 AT NOON FOR A LANDSCAPING ESTIMATE. THE COMPANY CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE RUNNING LATE ON A PREVIOUS JOB AND NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T COME THAT DAY. I RESCHEDULED FOR 3/26/05. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT COME, BUT THEY DID NOT CALL TO PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION OR ANYTHING ELSE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS , ONE GUY CAME FOR YEARS AND THEN HE DIDN'T COME AND THE NEW GUYS WEREN'T VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
