The man who set up my appointment was polite and professional. Answered all my questions and explained pricing. The technician that came out was professional and identified the spider I found. He called prior to confirm the appointment and was available to come a bit early so that was a bonus.

This company is prompt, courteous and efficient. I would recommend Two nice Guys to anyone who needs insect control.

I kept getting a rash and thought I may have had bed bugs. So they did a general check and nothing showed up. They were great and did not want to charge me for finding nothing. I will use them again (I hope that I won't need them though).

It went great. They sprayed the entire home inside and outside including the detached garage. This is the second time I've used them. Very detailed. Would highly recommend.

They were very prompt, answered all my questions and were extremely nice. However, they did not catch any squirrels. In their defense, squirrels are very clever and I know tough to catch. I did not ask about the success rate, maybe it is not that high.

They were great. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to temperatures and wet ground. the only problem we had was the Angie's list deal asked for information about scheduling and contacting us. We listed ideal times and gave a phone number for contact. We didn't hear anything. The vendor was trying to contact us via the system rather than our preferred method. It delayed the service since we were expecting contact via another method.

They are coming to perform the work today. They are very nice. They were very honest about what the deal I purchased covered and recommended I get a refund.

Josh was very nice and friendly. However, I was little taken aback that there was no uniform, no marked vehicle, no identification. Less professional than I would have preferred. The real truth will be in 30 days when they come back and see if the problem has been rectified.

Very friendly service provider. The squirrel was caught and disposed. There were a few things I wish would have been better. We have hard wood floors and wish that they would have put a throw down to protect the floor. He used an aluminum ladder that could easily scratch the floor. No extra time was taken to clean up insulation that was pulled down with the traps. To my knowledge, service tech did no actual examination of the roof eaves to detect where the squirrel may have entered the attic. Was not advised of an extra $100 deposit for leaving the traps. Total was $360 until we receive the trap deposit back from the owner.

It was okay. I saw a spider in the house and they said I had an infestation. That's not a normal service. That's an extra fee. They agreed to not charge me additional and treat what I had been seeing.

The big deal was okay. There was a double payment, but they made it right. They came out and thought that I wanted termite inspection, in fact I wanted a years pest control. I spoke to the owner and he was very apologetic and everything, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference when the guy did the house on the pest part of it. He then came and did my attic, but I don't know if they really did it. He was up there for like 5 minutes, and I don't know if they even dust the attic, but he said that is what they do. I don't know if I will use them again, because I have had other pest controls who were cheaper and did a better job.

I have a yearly thing with them, so they come out 4 times a year. I will probably call them one more time. The responsiveness was good. I wouldn't use them again because of price. I felt that even after paying $300, it didn't help. I didn't pay anything for the visit. This was the second visit.

They provide an excellent service. I ended up using them more than 1 time after purchasing the deal. The technician did a great job and was very helpful. I purchased some chemicals online and he was happy to explain how to use the use those chemicals. He was honest and I really appreciated that. We were treating for bed bugs. They took care of the issue at a reasonable price. They actually were much less expensive than another company I looked at. I had no problem scheduling their service.

It went great and I was very pleased with the outcome. Dave was very helpful and resourceful. I 'heard' scratching in the attic and thought it was squirrels. Turns out it's mice! Yikes. Dave walked me through what he saw up there and changed plans to take care of the mice. I was also happy to hear the bait he used dehydrates the mice so they'll try to find water and leave the attic. And if they perish in the attic because the bait dehydrates them, they won't smell as they decompose. Sorry mice, no vacancy!

They showed up right on time. They were very nice, spent a good 30 minutes looking all around. and were very honest that I did not have termites and finally - did not even charge for the service call. Awesome!

We had a spider infestation in our new house. James was super nice and gave us a great deal and sent out a guy to spray as soon as possible. The guy he sent out was great, punctual, kept me informed of what he was doing and what kind of spiders we had, etc. We have two small children and a dog. They only use non toxic (to humans) product. I really really like these guys and would totally call them again.

They came early, so they were very punctual. As far as the service, they were very friendly and very courteous. That kind of stood out. We have two small children, and the employees went out of the way to not disturb them.

James took the time to understand the full situation. He said that he would not come out and charge money to spray as that would not resolve the issue, just kill a bunch of flies that were out, none of the ones still coming from the wall each day. He said the key thing is to find how they are getting in. The issue should last a week or so but sprays would not stop them. I appreciate the honesty as that is hard to come by these days. He even understood our concerns with treatments regarding our baby. He even congratulated us on our first born. I would highly recommend James and his company. They will be the first we call for any pest issues.
