2 Nice Guys completes the termite treatment I needed the very next day after I called. I had limited time to get the treatment done as my closing date was quickly approaching and they did not add any unnecessary stress to the process. They were fast and professional and came in under all of the other bids I received! I would highly recommend using them in the future!

Went very well. Although my husband sprayed himself, wanted to ensure that the ants were gone for good. Haven't seen an ant since there visit.

Our next-door neighbor recently had termites and hired 2 Nice Guys to treat their house. Guess what - we got them too. So after checking with the neighbor and getting a good recommendation from them (and checking Angie's List), I called James; he was able to pull up our house view and give us an estimate over the phone. He told us how they would work around our landscaping, including the small decorative pond in front of the house. Told us the date and time their technician would be at my house, and he arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up after finishing the treatment. The tech took the time to answer all my questions about the termite life cycle, how the treatment works, and how long it would take the little buggers to die off. Very happy with their work!

Very professional, helpful in answering all my questions, courteous. I was impressed with Dustin when he automatically placed covers on his shoes before walking through our house. So, I didn’t have to ask. Very happy with the service.

Super nice guys to work with. They are honest and affordable. Technician came out and inspected my house for termites. Found some older evidence of termite but was no longer active. So we do not need to do any treatments. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them. They also are eco friendly so their pest treatments are safe for the earth and your home if you need it.

David the technician accessed the nest from drop ceiling in our walkout basement and sprayed the nest as he wasn't able to reach it and remove it. No yellow jackets have appeared since the treatment. David was very nice, explained everything he was doing and let us know the best way to seal the outside hole.

This is the second time that I have had services performed. The technician (Dave) was polite, professional and very thorough. He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was delayed due to an accident on the interstate.

Wonderful! The appointment was easy to schedule; the technician was both prompt and polite. Using child/pet safe spray was very important and reassurance of this safety appreciated. I was extremely pleased by the professionalism, knowledge and willingness to explain to us how we can make minor improvements (caulking, cap on exterior sump, bush trimming, etc.) to keep pests/rodents out of our home. Not only did he show us what to do/watch for; he also noted positive findings so we can continue these efforts. Overall a GREAT experience. I will definitely use 2NiceGuys again in the future and HIGHLY recommend this company!

The service was exceptional- quick response, punctual, professional and thorough. My only disappointment was that after identifying that the culprit is a squirrel (or squirrels), I was told that there is no deterrent, and the best thing to do is to buy a fake owl and place it on the roof somewhere. After doing some research, I have learned that there are a couple different remedies that have proved successful for other people.

I would call them again without hesitation. I don't recall the pricing but it was competitive and reasonable. Friendly, truly "nice" guys did the job.

Andy spent 15 minutes on my property, looking very carefully all around the deck, the foundation, and even in the garage. At the end, he said, "no charge" and happily went on about his day. What a great guy, and if I ever need pest control or termite work, Andy will be the ONLY one I call.

The service appointment was scheduled within a few days, I received a call to confirm, and the technician arrived on time to this vacant home. When he had trouble with the lock box, instead of leaving he called me and waited patiently while I tracked down the correct combination. He was patient and polite. This is the third time I have utilized this company, and Two Nice Guys really is nice! ...and well priced for a high quality product.

I've been very impressed with their responsiveness and their doing exactly what they say they will with no surprises.

The tech skipped a large portion of our home due to toys but we were told before hand, nothing needed to be moved to accommodate treatment. This was not the case and the tech had to make a second visit. We were told there is a chance the ants would return and require a second treatment. This was the case and the ants were worse the second time. Instead of paying them almost the full cost as the first application, we went to Ace Hardware and spent $8 on ant treatments and they have not returned.

When I called I was promised a specialist would come out and set two traps after evaluating how the squirrels were getting in the attic which would include going up to the attic and locating any and all entry points. So I met the specialist at an agreed upon time and literally the consultation took 15 minutes and both traps were set around one out of three trees in the front yard and baited. Granted at the time, I didn't know any better as they were supposed to be the experts but after a week of not catching a thing I researched this on my own. First of all setting both traps at the same tree 2 feet apart doesn't accomplish much. Second, what about the other trees or the trees in the back. What are the odds that a squirrel only uses that one tree to get up and down to and from the roof. Judging by not catching a thing, not much so I moved one of the traps to a potential other point. So upon catching the squirrels myself I called the company back as I was told that part of my payment up front was a deposit for the two traps and that would be returned upon them picking up the traps. At no point did they say I had to deliver the traps to their office that is 50 minutes away from lake saint louis. I told them this when I asked to return the traps but they said I had to physically return the traps and they wouldn't credit me back my 100 bucks until I drove there, they wouldn't even work with me when I asked if I could meet a specialist before or after one of their other jobs so I wouldn't have to drive 50 minutes for 2 traps. So needless to say I own two traps now so if anyone can use them feel free .
