Description of Work: Provided 2 cage traps to catch a cagy squirrel for relocation to a park. Squirrel avoided stepping on the pressure plate each time I put peanuts out so he avoided getting trapped multiple times. Gave up after a few weeks because was afraid too late in the season for squirrel to store ample food for his winter survival in a new location. Returned cages.

Description of Work: I was very happy w/my service. The service man was at my house an HOUR at the END OF THE DAY! He was confident in his work and was very thorough when he inspected the house. The man was patient w/me as he answered my questions several times. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: They came out and set one squirrel trap and left it. Nobody followed up. Called them 3 weeks later to say the bait was gone and not squirrel. Talk them into coming back out and rebaiting the trap and never heard back from them. In the meantime, still have several squirrels running on my roof and they just tore another hole in my roof.

Description of Work: Very friendly, but there could have been a little more professionalism at the job site. Had wasps removed from very high areas on house and they had to come back another day with the proper equipment, even though I said on the phone that they will need a long extension to reach the area. I thought that I was purchasing a season long pest control for the wasps, but was informed that it was a one time deal even though the listing stated different. I decided to go ahead and use them and keep the purchase just to learn about the process about attacking wasps.
