I called because squirrels were actually in my tenants walls scratching (unit upstairs)and almost succeeded in getting into the house.I am an out of state owner. I explained that the building was two stories high and they would need a ladder because my tenant (upstairs )said she saw where they were entering (near the ROOF) but was not aware if they were entering in more than one place. I was promised the following for $220. 1) set at least two traps where they were entering 2)identify the entrance 3) remove traps that were caught in timely manner and prepare to cover entrance hole.(covering of hole would be extra and I was aware of this) They came out ,set two traps by a tree on the ground in the backyard. (I could have done this myself).. As far as I was concerned , they could have caught innocent squirrels or whatever passing by. The problem was clearly near the roof. The worker had no ladder and never attempt to see where the entrance for the squirrels was occurring . I was upset and called and was told they would be sending someone else out to identify the problem. That never happened. One trap was defective and is still sitting there today My tenant even put bait herself in the defective one but everyday the bait was gone but no animal was anywhere in sight. One squirrel was caught in the other trap that was working. 48 hours later, his body was finally removed but the defective trap was never taken away or replaced. So I actually paid them $220 for one trap to be set out in my backyard by the tree. Spoke with the owner and he was definitely a "nice guy". Has a gift for making you feel comfortable but nothing ever happened with his promises. I was promised to receive an invoice via email but never got it. The invoice was given to my tenant . My tenant was not the one paying........

Dave arrived 30 min.before schedules appoint. inspected the areas where termites had already been spotted. Fully explained what he was going to do, step by step, and went to work 2 hours later he was done.

We had termites so they drilled the holes in the garage then sprayed around the rest of the house. I used a big corporation a couple of years ago and they charged a couple thousand dollars. They were having a half price special that seemed very fair and I think they did a fine job. They were respectful of my home and pets.

We had Two Nice Guys come do a basic spraying of baseboards in our new (old) house., after noticing silverfish and other insect traffic. They were courteous, prompt, and very easy to deal with, and we have not noticed any insect traffic since the visit. We will almost certainly have them out again if we do have any further troubles.

Our only problem was finding a day that wasn't raining so they could spray outside as well as inside. It was just a matter of scheduling and they were very accomodating

They were on time, they were very thorough, and the pricing for the value was very good. It was very effective.

They were there on time and they were efficient. They obviously know what they are doing in pest control. I will use their services again in the future.

I found them using an Angie's List Coupon. They were very informative, professional. and very much gentlemen.They explained a lot of things about termites and ants and I felt like it was really good service. I will use them again in the future.

I had just moved into my new home and was finding a lot of strange bugs of all sorts. I finally had it when I climbed into bed and something crawled across me. I read some good reviews of 2 Nice Guys online and found a coupon, so I gave them a call. They immediately set up a appointment for the following Monday. They explained exactly the treatment and what it would entail, and that I would only need to stay out of the house for about an hour. He arrived promptly, and was in fact, very very nice. They treated thoroughly inside and out, and informed me that some things would die off faster than others, but basically I would be bug free. Sure enough, 48 hours later and things were turning up dead like crazy. I hadn't seen any cockroaches up until this point, but my garage was soon filled with dead cockroaches. I was SO glad that I had made the phone call, and their treatment worked like a charm. It's been about 2 months since the treatment, and I'm now happy to say my home is bug free!

They have visited our house several times for termite inspections, which always go okay. They honored the prior contract price for the home, which I thought was very generous of them (although one year I forgot the price and sent them extra money by mistake - I don't think they minded). We also used them to pretreat the foundation of two additions we added in 2010. The employee brought his daughter into the house and my wife had to babysit while the foundations were treated. He seemed to rush through the job and the foundation contractor said the pest guy didn't spray under the plastic. I spoke to the owner and they quickly resprayed the area in question for no additional charge. While at first the owner questioned how much my wife witnessed, I told him she was busy babysitting his employee's daughter. Rather than argue he quickly suggested reapplication to resolve the isssue. They seem to be willing to stand behind their work and address concerns in an upfront manner.

Horrible. He sprayed and the aunts and bugs were exactly the same as before he sprayed. He wanted $95.00 for a follow up spray.

It was raining on the day of the treatment. The inside was treated but the provider prepared to leave without any discussion of what would happen with the outside because of the rain. When asked, we were essentially told, that there would be no outside spray. The provider stated the obvioius, that it wouldn't work while it was raining. Our position was that since it wouldn't work, what come on a rainy day, or why is there not a clear policy on how to get the outside portion done later. We finally insisted enough to get the window sills sprayed and something for the effort. But we were very disappointed in the since that if it rains tough luck for you. Perhaps the individual provider was not aware of the a return policy, or maybe there isn't one. We don't know, but because of that issue, we won't bother to use them again. If it's a sunny day with no wind they do a fine job, but if there are complications watch out.

Service requested and price agreed to by phone. Agreed on instructions that allowed garage entry to access foundation as drilling is required to inject presticide. Employee instead entered house with dog and set off alarm. Alarm company notified us and my wife had to come home barely avoiding a $50 police dispatch. Employee indicated they had to enter for termite inspection...I specifically did not order inspection and instructed not to enter home when placin order. Company did offer apology and has extended warranty due to issues. Next, employee asked my wife for permission to drill into back patio whcih is a decorative aggregate stone patio in excellent condition. Not knowing, my wife agreed. Holes were drilled every few feet and a caulk was used to fill the holes. The caulk was spread over a 3 inch area for each hole though holes was only 1 inch. Caulk was white, paito is brown. It was a mess. I had to call a concrete repair company to come and remove the caulk, re-caulk and seal with appropriate color. This was not cheap.

They have also held the termite warranty for my personal residence for nine years. They come yearly for the termite inspection and they just do what they have to do. Everything is still good. I speak with the owner. He has always been amicable. They come out on time when they say they are going to come out. They are very professional. I would definitely use them in the future. They did actually spray for termites on one of my original properties and I couldn't ask for better service.

The sprayer arrived on time, worked for about two hours (they were willing to work around our schedule and arrived promptly at 5pm since we could have someone there without taking time off work). They sprayed outside along the perimeter (as well and the seams in the patio) drilled in the garage and the front porch and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They also inspected the inside of the house for any damage or signs of additional termites (thankfully nothing was found). We haven't seen any sign of termites since this was done, so I am under the impression that it was successful.

They always come on time and do a very good job. They call before they are coming so we know when to expect them. They have done a very good job for us so far. We pay them each time they come out.

THIS IS THE THIRD SUMMER I'VE USED THEIR SERVICES (BUT THE FIRST TIME SINCE I JOINED ANGIE'S LIST)AND I'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ME NEXT-DAY SERVICE, AND THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE FIRST TWO YEARS I'D ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH HORNETS ONE YEAR AND AND CARPENTER BEES THE NEXT, WHICH THEY ALSO TOOK CARE OF FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE (NEITHER OF THOSE PESTS RETURNED AFTER THE FIRST APPLICATION). THIS YEAR I HAD NO BEES OR HORNETS. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THEIR APPLICATIONS ARE SO EFFECTIVE THAT I ONLY NEED TO HAVE THEM OUT ONCE A YEAR. EVEN OVER THE WINTER AND VERY EARLY THE FOLLOWING SPRING WHEN BUGS BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN, THE ONLY ONES I SEE ARE ALREADY DEAD. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AS LONG AS THEIR SERVICE IS THIS EFFECTIVE. THIS YEAR I'D CALLED A COUPLE OF OTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICES FROM ANGIE'S LIST, JUST TO COMPARE COSTS, AND TWO NICE GUYS' PRICE WAS MORE REASONABLE.
