It went well. There were no problems.

They informed us that the garage had to have everything pulled at least 3ft from the walls so they could perform the treatment. This took a little while for us to complete. When it was done we called them to ask them to come out and do the treatment. I called at about 4pm and didn't hear back until the next day. I think they should probably change their voicemail message unless they really do intend to call people back immediately. They were prompt about coming out however and came out that very afternoon and completed the treatment. I also like that they are using environmentally friendly chemicals for their treatment since we have a small child and pets.

I have not seen one brown recluse since I hired this company.

They refused to honor Angies list deal. I went to another pest inspection place.

They came over on VERY short notice and inspected the whole house. They preceded by drilling holes and pumping & spraying over 30 gallons of eco friendly pesticides. The service comes with a one year renewable warranty against termite colonization. The buyer is happy, I'm happy and the "Two Nice Guys" came through to save deal. Thanks!!!

The bait they used for the mice is the kind of bait that dehydrates the mouse so you don't have to smell it when it's dead and you don't have to see it ever because it basically disappears. I like that you can always talk to a person. We left a message on the weekend and they responded right away the next business day. They were punctual and explained everything so I knew what they were doing. I would use them again if needed.

I bought one of the big deal coupons and forgot to use it. I called the owner when I realized it was expired and he honored the coupon and sent someone out within the week. The coupon was a couple months expired, so it was very generous of him to honor it. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing pest control.

Due to our practically non-existent winter, our home was overrun by spiders (or at least it seemed that way). We purchased a Big Deal for Two Nice Guys to address the situation, and they came out and did a great job. It was a busy year for exterminators, but we found them to be very responsive - they called us back within 24 hours and scheduled something for the same week. They asked a lot of questions about the issues we were having so they could specify their service to what we needed. The service provider who came to the house was prompt and professional, and took time to explain what he was doing at every step. He also sprayed our garage, even though it's not attached to the house - which was definitely going the extra mile. We were really pleased with the work they did, and would definitely use them again.

The technician was on time, professional, and worked efficiently. He explained the features and operation of the insectide that he used. Once dry ( in a few minutes) it was people and pet safe. It killed active insects as well as larvae and eggs.

Technican arrived on time, sprayed basement and baseboards and around the exterior perimeter of home where the spiders were coming in. He was very professional. We definitely noticed fewer if any spiders in the house after he came. We are getting ready to call him again to come this year as we are noticing some spiders now that the cold weather is starting.

You're not locked in to some contract, you call them when you need them. They're johhny on the spot. I had an emergency last summer, they called me back and walked me through the issue. They're quick to get back to you. They're efficient and polite. Their knowledgeable in their trade, and they're just wonderful.

Excellent job overall. Extremely friendly from start to finish. I recently purchased a new home that had been vacant for several years and wanted a preventative spray inside the house as well as a termite prevention. They were able to come out quickly and did an extremely efficient job. Very reasonable price for the first visit and annual visits to come. I was also informed that this contract will last through the next homeowner which will be great in years to come when I go to resell the house and can transfer the contract to the new buyer. I certainly hope to not have future pest problem but know that if I do need someone, they will be my first phone call.

Very well. They did an additional spray for carpenter bees which have been pestering me for a while free of charge.

I called the company and they scheduled to come out the following day. We had roaches, spiders and ants, mainly. When the technician arrived I confirmed that he would spray outside as well. He confirmed that they did. He performed the service in about 15 minutes. When he was finished I reconfirmed that he had treated the yard since that I what I meant by "outside". He informed me that he didn't, only the perimeter. It was obviously a miscommunication, but still very frustrating. The next day I saw a trail of ants in my garage. I called the company to ask about it and was told that the service I got doesn't kill ants and that another service for $150 will do that. He also clarified about the perimeter spray and that they can't spray concrete for some reason. I was shocked since we have a concrete garage and an unfinished basement with poured concrete. I am not totally sure what was actually sprayed. Within the next month we started seeing live, fast moving bugs again. I called the company and was told that the first spray was a flushing spray and now I needed to pay to have them come out again to actually kill the bugs. In all my time as a home owner I have never heard this. Even then it would have been okay if this had been explained at the get go. This was very frustrating!! I would never use this company again. I was very, very disappointed.

Usually I get ants once a year, and have successfully managed them myself. However this year was much worse. when I found them crawling on me while I was sitting in the living room. I knew that it was time to take action. I called Two Nice Guys on Monday, they came on Tuesday, and the ants were gone, gone, gone on Wednesday.

They arrived on time and were very thorough. Everything was explained to me and they even stated that I did not need some services that I thought I needed. Which saved me money! They were professional and expedient, I would use them again.
