Description of Work: Called Walker to tune up our heating system. The technician took the heating portion of the unit completely apart, cleaned all components, even removed several wasps' nest from the heat exchangers. The technician was also asked to check the duct work to a bedroom that didn't heat or cool well. He found a crimped duct restricting the air flow. He straighten the duct and the room is much more livable. It should be noted that we previously had a local HVAC company check the duct problem and told us that everything was fine. Really appreciate Walker's professionalism and the technician's hard work!

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. I called him and asked him to come out and he came right out and fixed the AC. Any job he does, he comes and checks it out before he leaves. He makes sure it's done correctly. His prices are reasonable as well. I've used him in the past and will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: My air conditioner went out and Bill came out within an hour and fixed my air conditioner. A wire had burned out and he replaced the wire and the resister.

+ -1 moreBill Walker bought out Carter Heating and Cooling. He is trying to get everything under his name of Walker Heating and cooling. There are reviews for Carter, but that company is in the process of closing so I am adding him under his own name since there was not one for Walker heating and cooling before this review. I am so confidant in his work that I feel I don't need to keep an eye on the progress. That is such a relief for me. I just wish all the people I hired had his extremely high standards and reasonably low prices. THANKS BILL!
Description of Work: Bill put in a furnace and AC unit in the tack room of my barn. This is the 4th system I have had him install for me with the first being 2-3 years ago. He has 2-3 helpers depending on the job and they all seem to know what is what. The furnace and AC they put in 6 weeks ago had a problem and he came out immediately and fixed it. The system that was finished yesterday (took 2 days in the extreme cold) looked neat and was installed beautifully. I had 3 units done in the last 3 months to take advantage of rebates offered. Every one was done in a timely and professional manner and was done neatly. He filled out the rebate forms for me. I won't use anyone else for HVAC as his prices are very good too.
