As for price, I gave them an "A" because I am aware that special-order floral creations are much more expensive than "stock" arrangements. I don't pay that everyday, but it was worth every penny for the quality of workmanship for a special service that family in our area could not attend. Even in her grief, our cousin was overwhelmed by the beauty of this creation. She sent pictures from every angle and said she had never seen anything so gorgeous.
Just an additional note: I'm often afraid when I send flowers to someone (especially to someone out of town) that the recipient won't get what I paid for. When we first heard the sad news, I looked on Angies List to find a florist in our cousin's area, and we had them send a "stock" orchid arrangement pictured online. Said cousin emailed pics back to me to show what she had received (again, she loved them) and it was exactly liked I had seen and wanted. So I trusted them to do the larger creation for the service!
