Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and accommodating - I wanted something really special, not just from the online examples. I don't pretend to be a floral designer, but I had ideas of how I wanted this arrangement to be. I texted pictures and we discussed flower color & types available, as well as size and proportion. They also went to quite some effort to find an appropriate vessel for the flowers. The finished product was MAGNIFICENT. Absolutely PERFECT in color & proportion. Creative and artsy (as I had asked for), but tasteful and sophisticated. As for price, I gave them an "A" because I am aware that special-order floral creations are much more expensive than "stock" arrangements. I don't pay that everyday, but it was worth every penny for the quality of workmanship for a special service that family in our area could not attend. Even in her grief, our cousin was overwhelmed by the beauty of this creation. She sent pictures from every angle and said she had never seen anything so gorgeous. Just an additional note: I'm often afraid when I send flowers to someone (especially to someone out of town) that the recipient won't get what I paid for. When we first heard the sad news, I looked on Angies List to find a florist in our cousin's area, and we had them send a "stock" orchid arrangement pictured online. Said cousin emailed pics back to me to show what she had received (again, she loved them) and it was exactly liked I had seen and wanted. So I trusted them to do the larger creation for the service!

Met with Dana on a few occasions to provide flowers for funerals. Dana offered a lot of suggestions during our appointment. The arrangements were at the funeral home for the services when we arrived. When I saw them, I was happy with the arrangements she suggested and I thought that the cost of the arrangements were very reasonable.

I was with my son when he came in to order the two arrangements. The clerk was rather dismissive of him -perhaps due to his age. He did not receive the attention that I think an adult would have received. He had a good idea of what he wanted when he came in but wanted some suggestions on how to complete the arrangements. Unfortunately he just did not receive it. Too bad!

They were courteous, understood what I was asking for and delivered beautiful flowers on time. Recipients were thrilled with their flowers.

Village gardens is the only florist that I use. They have incredibly beautiful arrangements, excellent pricing and friendly staff that always is helpful. Excellent work!

It was very good. You know, I really don’t use them much for a long time but anytime I used them, it was a very good experience. They are very friendly and they seem to know their products. It is really a very nice job. They are pretty nice roses. You know, now, compared to going somewhere and paying $60 for a dozen roses, they are really expensive roses but they are pretty good. I don’t remember what I paid, other than on the holidays, certainly decent roses for back then $16, $18, or $20. It was fairly inexpensive.

They seem to be a relatively small outfit where they're at, but it sounds to me like they have more than one location. You have to get your order in by a certain time or they won't deliver it, you just have to go get it yourself. If you wait until noon or something like that then you're probably not going to get delivery on the same day. I've been using them for several years for flowers. It's just convenient for me. I think their quality is very good.

They're very good. Actually, they're less expensive than say FTD or some of the others. One bouquet was I think $40, the other was $45. From what I know from the response of the people that received them, they were fresh, they lasted quite a while and they were exactly what I had ordered. I did it over the Internet. Their site is very easy to get through and very simple to order.

Our experiences with them have always been positive. I do not really know when we last used them because my husband is the flower giver in the family and I do not recall what the last occasion was but I would imagine that it was within the last year. Their delivery is dependable and the flowers are always very nice. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The candle arrangements were absolutely beautiful. I have never seen anything like them so that's why I went with them. The interaction was excellent and they were perfect. I haven't seen these any place else. I would definitely use them again.

One of the things that I like about them, is that they have donated for a non profit that I was working with, and they gave donated us some flowers for a banquet that we had. That was very generous of them. There were no problems, I asked them, and they just donated. They are very community minded.

I have used them for years for special occasions for flowers and floral arrangements. I have been in contact with them over the years.

I last used them 3 months ago, I had sent some flowers for a funeral. My wife uses them.

I have used this place multiple times. The last time wasn't as great as the times before but it was still great. I call them, tell them what I want and how much I want to spend. Once I tell them my address, they know my wife by name and my method of payment. They make it very simple to get flowers delivered. I'm usually off the phone within 5 minutes.

Flowers were delivered to a downtown office on time, and the arrangement was identical if not better than advertised on their website.

We have been using them for about two months and will continue to use them.

They are good people. It is just very personal and they are willing to meet all the standards that I need. I would rate them highly. I would definitely use them again in the future.
