Description of Work: I had a number of issues with my truck. The previous shop I used quoted a price of almost $3000. I brought my truck to this shop on recommendation of a friend. The issue wasn't even what the first shop said it was. I have since brought my three other family vehicles to this shop for repairs and have been super happy with the staff and services.

Description of Work: I have done business with these folks many times in the last couple of years. This time it was because the front end of my car was making an odd noise. I took it to them and described the sound. They kept the car and worked with it to try and duplicate what noise it was. After a day and a half of looking and trying to get the car to make the sound described, they could find nothing. I was not billed for their time and they were prompt with feedback and time estimates. In the past, they have repaired things giving me realistic best case and worst case repair estimates. They stick to them and often times the price is lower than their estimate. I will continue to use them as my primary repair shop.

After having my car for only one hour, I was contacted by Fleming with their estimation of my problem. They said my car would be ready in four days and it was. They called me and kept me informed.
