I contacted Mike after reading the many positive reviews on Angie's List. We just purchased a house which featured an odd shaped family room and the only place for the tv was on the wall . Mike responded quickly and walked me through the process/ cost and was on site within the week to complete the work. On the day of install, Mike and Adam showed up on time, were friendly and professional. They walked me through what they would be doing and asked for my input often throughout the install. They hung the tv, the component shelf, wired all components (cable, blu ray and Amazon Fire) while concealing all the wires in no time at all. Before leaving they optimized all settings, synched all remotes (as possible) and then walked me through their operation. I've had the same tv/cable setup for years and my picture never looked so good. They also made sure to leave the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Everything about Digital Plus was first-rate. Mike was easy to reach, scheduled a call at my home on a week's notice, arrived on time, got straight to work, knew exactly what he was doing, solved a couple of wiring challenges without difficulty, completed the installations flawlessly, programmed my universal remote, and patiently explained everything to me. If all service providers were this good, there wouldn't be any wars. My very highest recommendation.

Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He solved our audio/visual problems in one of our conference offices at our St. Louis based company. He programmed our all-in-one TV remote, installed a Lutron Maestro IR Dimmer with infrared receiver, along with dimmer switch. We will certainly contact him again for our business and home audio/visual needs.

Mike came out within hours of my call and fixed the issues we were having with two home theater systems (no picture appearing). He worked quickly and efficiently and was highly professional.

Mike advised me on which model to buy: he thought the less expensive of the three I was considering would do fine. He came the day after the TV was delivered, removed the old 42-inch set, and mounted the larger TV. I owned small speakers which I wanted attached, of possible, to work with the soundbar that was already in place. He went out and got a converter that made the speakers work, and suggested I replace my old DVD player with a BluRay player, since the images from the old DVD would not look good on the larger screen. He bought a BluRay for me and attached it. He then patiently showed me how to work everything. I now have a giant screen TV that I can watch from my bed, in my very large bedroom, with superior sound. The wires are in the wall, and it looks terrific. He was pleasant, efficient, and helpful, and loaded all the boxes and plastic packing equipment in his car so I didn't have to cope with it It was a pleasure dealing with him.

When Mike left after the second visit, my husband and I could easily work out system components.

Mike dropped by after our phone chat. He took a look at my system and recommended equipment upgrades. He emailed me a choice of components. I made a selection. He dropped off the new equipment and swiped my card. He came by the following week and the system is better than ever. Programmed remote. New pre-amp with increased processing power. Great job. We're going to work together in my upstairs as well. The only way to have this done better is if you have a friend who is as smart as Mike is with this stuff. Most of them aren't:)

I was very pleased with the job they did.

Mike and Adam were punctual, very profesional and very knowledgeable. We feel that the cost of service was reasonable, after checking with other providers. We would definitely recommend them. They advised us where to locate the subwoofer and speakers, programed the main remote in conjunction with the sound bar, and placed a cover over the cord from the tv and sound bar on the wall to the electric outlet below. We didn't want anything inside the wall. It really looks good.

Mike and Adam showed up on time and ready to get to work. We hired them to mount our TV and sound bar above our fireplace in our new home. We previously purchased the mount, which we ended up not using. The construction of the mount we purchased was poor and it wasn't the best fit for our space. We ended up purchasing a mount from Mike, which turned out to be cheaper than the one we previously purchased! They took their time and measured everything to ensure the TV and sound bar were centered above the fireplace. They asked how much space we wanted between the bottom of the sound bar and the mantle, to ensure we would be satisfied with the end result. When our TV caused some issues they stayed until everything was figured out and working properly. They made sure everything was hooked up correctly, and provided us with some great suggestions on remotes and controlling our home theatre unit. We were extremely satisfied with their work ethic, expertise, and professionalism. We will hire them again when we want to hang our next TV!

Mike provided a detailed, competitive estimate (we did have other estimates, so we know he is very competitive). He advised us on the television to order (we wanted to make sure it would work with our existing equipment). We ordered the television, let him know when it was delivered and he came a few days later with the remaining equipment to set everything up. It took most of the day to mount the television and sound bar and program all to interact and then show us how to operate the system (which was now very simple). Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with, and he was a trooper when I asked him to remount the television 12" to the right. : / Words cannot express what a pleasure it is to be able to easily operate all of our equipment - the Harmony Remote is awesome! We can now watch television, access Netflix, etc., play DVD's, listen to music, stream from the internet - I can even record a video on my iPhone and play it on the television - all using ONE user friendly remote!!!! And if we do press the wrong button, the Harmony "fixes" our mistakes with simple step by step menu prompts. Love it!

We had a new home built and the company that installed the system, which is what the builder recommended, did not do a very good job. Mike fixed all the issues we had and found some things we didn't know we had problems with. I will definitely use them again.

I first contacted Digital Plus by email the evening of October 2, and got a return phone call from the owner, Mike Haas within 10 minutes...talk about service! I explained what we needed to be done in the conference room at my employer's office. I received an estimate over the phone and we set up an installation date for the following week. In the meantime, Mike emailed me the complete written estimate that included materials, labor, and a few extra options. Mike arrived on time the morning of October 10, and reviewed the plan with me before proceeding, which was in agreement with our original conversation. The complete installation took about 3 hours and turned out awesome! The TV was hung exactly where we wanted, centered and level, with all the wires hidden behind the wall using quality face plate covers. He cleaned up what little mess there was, and tested the various connections for not only the TV, but for desktop and laptop access as well. Mike did an outstanding job, professional in every way. I would highly recommend his services for a similar job!

Mike and Adam were professional and thorough, what started out as a routine installation fast became tricky as they were dealing with dry wall and an outdated system. They diligently worked "all" day and were very conscientious about their cuts and patches of the wall and ceiling. They even vacuumed and not just their work area but the whole basement.

Everything went great! Mike and Adam came on time, explained all that they were doing, worked completed. Offered options such as added a new DVD player, sold it to us at store cost. Adam came out a few days later to help with the other TV in the house at no cost. We highly recommend Digital Plus to anyone seeking this service.

My home is older and the walls are plaster and it is not easy to even hand a picture. Mike however it a great job in mounting a t.v. in the corner and then hiding the wires.

I haven't been this happy with a service in long time. Mike is truly a dying breed of men who goes far above and beyond what is expected at a more-than-fair price. He transformed our junky media center into a sleek and sophisticated family room I'm proud to show off. He also took the extra time to show me how to use my remotes to maneuver the functions of the tv. He told me what I cables I needed to get rid of which ones I should keep and why. I should I'm just sorry I put off doing this for so long.

These guys were great. One came out and corrected the installation I attempted, but needed another person to complete the job. the following week he brought his partner out and the worked all day to get the antenna to work. The came all the wat to Ste Gen twice and did not charge more than initially quoted price.

I'm 100% satisfied with a job well done. Everything I've read about Digital Plus is spot on. Their ingenuity and experience is quite evident. Their professionalism has impressed me so much that the next time I'm in need of home theater assistance there won't be a need to shop around. Thanks guys!
