Description of Work: I worked with Steve to get the engine replaced in my 2009 GMC Acadia. The dealer had quoted me a price of over $10,000. My experience with Roy's was awesome. They took the time to address the concerns that I had regarding some of the functioning and they fixed other things that were going to cause problems down the road. They also told me those things that I could wait to fix, that weren't immediately top priority. Everyone at the shop was professional and honest concerning the repairs and the cost. It was a pleasant experience, in what was otherwise an unpleasant situation. I HIGHLY recommend Roy's Auto & Tire.
