Description of Work: Which time? I have had them do everything from an oil change to a timing belt. They are great. I knew I could trust them when I scheduled some brake work on my wife's car. I scheduled it because during a West County Honda "free inspection" the technician said that the brakes needed to be replaced. When I took it into Roy's they said that the breaks were fine and that the pads were only half used. In other words, Honda was trying to pull a fast one and have maintenance done that was not needed. Roy's employees do not work on commission. Their integrity and professionalism (and price) is why I will continue to go to them.

Description of Work: Replace a part requiring R&R of the dashboard Roy's were prompt in completing the work and did an excellent job. We rely on Roy's to care for both of our cars. They are honest and go the extra mile to help the customer.

Description of Work: Overhauled brakes on my 2012 Honda Odyssey. Like always, Roy's performance was absolutely excellent, and at a fair price. After being with Roy's for 6 years, I consider them the best auto service provider I've ever used, and I've owned cars for over 60 years!

Description of Work: The guys at Roy's took care of several issues with our 2003 Nissan Pathfinder. They were thorough with their diagnosis and repaired only what was necessary. The bill was even less than the original quote. When was the last time that happened? I highly recommend Roy's.

Description of Work: The first place I went for an estimate said I needed a new AC for $1400. Roys said the AC was fine and just cleaned the temperature censor for $78 and it was blowing cold again!

Every month, they email you a monthly newsletter that includes discounts on their services. They are great and they work hard to give you the best deal! They’ve helped us out a lot with our old vehicle. If you buy tires from them, they offer balance and tire rotation for life.

Description of Work: Great guys, very responsive and attentive. Cost more than expected but that was in part due to them using higher quality parts with a better warranty and wanting to do some additional work that, in the context of the original problem, made sense. Coupled with their existing good reviews here I don't think I was being taken for a ride and appreciate their thoroughness in the matter.

+ -1 moreTOLD ME IT WASN'T NECESSARY TO TRACK DOWN AND REPAIR A SMALL OIL LEAK. ROY'S ALWAYS ADVISES AGAINST COSTLY REPAIRS THAT DON'T PAY OFF. THEY ALSO TRY LESS EXPENSIVE REMEDIES BEFORE BEGINNING MAJOR REPAIRS. HONEST, GREAT QUALITY SHOP!
