Description of Work: The provider spot cleaned and then fully cleaned 3 areas of carpets and then, scotch guarded. The young man was very nice and did a fairly good job. He did not clean around the borders or "edges" of the room. There were some spots that I cleaned myself after he left. He did get out some really bad spots that had been bothering me and my carpets look much better. The carpets take longer than 4-6 hours to dry - this is just a comment so folks can plan more effectively.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in three rooms plus a hallway in my house. I was happy with the service they provided. The rooms looked and smelled much better when they were done. My only complaint is that they spent as much time trying to upsell me as they did cleaning. If I did everything they "recommended", the price would have been exorbitant.

We had a tight schedule and the owner brought a second truck to the house to be sure the job was finished in the time frame we requested. Owner on site and both employee and owner were personable and professional. Will absolutely use them again and would refer them to anyone looking for this service.
