Paul arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I had purchased the BIG DEAL for cleaning one sofa and one love seat for $74.00. I had two sofas cleaned instead of one loveseat and sofa. Jim charged and extra $15.00 for the second sofa and I paid an extra $18.00 for scotchguard treatment. There was one red spot on the cushion he was not able to get out. I was disappointed about that because that was one of the reasons I wanted the sofa cleaned. Everything else looked good.

The serviceman arrived on time, went straight to work, and spot cleaned the furniture. He followed with deep-cleaning vacuuming and finished in about an hour.

the two arrived right on time and worked quickly. My carpets were cleaned and damp dry within two hours. They left plastic or styro blocks under the furniture legs to keep from marking the carpets as it dried. It would've taken me hours and hours to do the same carpets and at barely a little less than what I paid to have professionals. The carpets were cleaner than anyone had gotten them before, and they removed stains that I had given up on. Thanks Angie's List - these guys were great.

It went very well. He took the pieces off, shampooed each piece individually. He told us to wait 7 hours before putting them back together. We received estimates from other businesses, and it would have been much more expensive. He did a great job.

They were available on short notice! +The guy who cleaned the carpets was friendly and professional. Everything went well until the carpets dried . . . you could clearly see that the stains were still there. There was a lot of soap left in the carpets as well and that caused dirt to accumulate in high traffic areas!! Now my carpets look MUCH worse that they did before the cleaning!!!

They did an excellent job. Scheduled the appointment quickly. Showed up on time. Very professional and thorough. The carpet looked great when they were done. Most all the stains came out except one that had been there a very long time.

Paul, the technician, arrived a bit later than our planned appointment, but he had called to let me know that he was running late. Once he got here, he got right down to work, applying product to the spots on the sofa and cushions. Then, he meticulously cleaned the sofa. He pointed out where some of the worst spots were, and told me that they were more damp than the rest of the sofa and would take longer to dry. When he left, the sofa looked practically new. I removed the cushions so that they could dry on both sides, but by the next day, everything was dry, and all the spots were gone! I was very pleased with the work that Paul did.

He showed up early, worked efficiently, and quickly. The work was perfect. I had one room with lots of stains and indentations from furniture, It looks brand new. I paid with a deal on Angies list so I didn't even have to get out my credit card when he was done.

They were able to get to me within a day or so. My mom dealt with the tech who was very nice and did a good job. He did accidentally overcharge us, but before I even realized it, the owner called and acknowledged the error. I'd never hired a professional carpet cleaner, but I've heard the horror stories. I would use these guys again.

The young man arrived promptly. The cushions were quite wet when he left. It took over24 hours for them to dry and some cushions still looked soiled.

Showed up on time and performed all services in a professional and courteous manner.
