It worked out fine. They were good. There were no extra charges. My wife was there when they came out. They were professional and on time.

Cleaned a taupe microfiber sofa and chair. Another company refused to clean microfiber because the cleaning process might damage the nap of the material. No damage was done to the fabric. Not all of the stains were removed, but I am not sure that they can be. I am pleased with the job. Used a Big Deal coupon.

It went very well with Midwest Carpet Cleaning. We have an aging dog, so there were lots of spots so they treated those first and they did a very nice job. They were very nice. They did the work within 2 weeks or even less than that of us calling them. Their price was very good because before we moved and there wasn't any furniture, we had spent $600 to get two levels cleaned, so this was a lovely bargain. I thought their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality was not where we would be concerned and call them.

They came out and cleaned some upholstery for me. They seemed to be in a big rush to get the work done. It was a cream colored sofa and loveseats which they showed a lot of dirt. He was able to get it as clean as he could; but there still was some discoloration.

Wonderful to work with. I ran into a personal issue and needed to extend my time beyond the deadline for the deal. Midwest accommodated me and reschedule my appointment in a timely manner. Very pleasant to work with.

They were responsive on the site and scheduling was good. Person who showed up was very nice, but almost a half an hour late. I had asked for an early start time in order to get to work and they didn't accommodate and then came later than promised. You get what you pay for. They did not do a deep cleaning and just really superficial cleaning. They only took an hour to do everything and spots and dirt were not removed.

I bought a Big Deal for whole house carpet cleaning and everything went great! It was easy to schedule, took about 2 hours and my carpets look new again. I have an 11 month old and I like that they use steam and don't leave chemicals behind for her to crawl around on. Highly recommend.

Tim, the owner, was working at the same time as a window cleaning company was cleaning windows for me. He was very courteous and cleaned the downstairs while the window cleaners were cleaning upstairs. When they were finished, he cleaned the upstairs. He was very careful with my furniture and removed furniture that needed to be moved. He paid special attention to high traffic areas. Everything looked great and ready for my party!!!!! He also put scotch guard down and told me that if any of my guests spilled anything, that if it did not blot up like he promised, he would come out and redo that area. I was very pleased with Tim Darnell and would definitely ask him back!

We had bought the Angie's list coupon back in August for the whole house carpet cleaning. We had just moved into the house in July and we felt the carpets needed some freshening up with not only moving in but also our dogs adjusting to the new space (which means a few accidents in the house). We saw the Angie's list deal and thought it was a great buy since three of the rooms downstairs are carpeted as well as the bedrooms upstairs. We scheduled the carpets to be cleaned at the end of September right before my parents would be coming into town to see our house for the first time. I scheduled a day off to be home to let the cleaner in. We were scheduled for the cleaner to be there around 12:30-1:00 pm and when it got to be after 1:00 and no one had showed up I called the company to inquire when they would arrive. I happened to get the owner of the company when I called and he said he would call me back with the ETA on the man who was suppose to clean our carpets. Not even five minutes later I received a call back from the owner and he immediately began expressing his profound apologies for the inconvenience. Apparently the house scheduled before ours was taking much longer than expected and the laborer was not done yet with the house. The owner had relayed that it would still be two hours before he may get there. The owner apologized again for the lack of communication as it is not their standards for workers not to call when they will be late to a job. He was so sincere and nice about the whole thing. We decided to reschedule my appointment for a later date. When we did get the carpet cleaning service, it was top notch. Our carpets looked and smelled so much cleaner. They were able to get out spots that were there before we moved in which was wonderful. This company definitely made up for the earlier lateness snafu.

they cleaned the carpets in my house.Some of them have never been cleaned and are in high traffic areas.I have no complaints about the staff but I thought the carpets should have looked better once they were dry.Maybe I had unrealistic expectations.

I asked him to clean the carpets in four rooms (the deal was for 8 "regular" sized rooms) Since these rooms were large, I thought that was about right. The deal also said he would move furniture that wasn't heavy and put papers underneath the legs. He didn't move furniture, he shampooed around everything and didn't put down papers because there was no need. I reminded him that stairs were included in the deal, and he came back and did them. I had the feeling that he had already had a hard day before he came here and maybe didn't have enough time or energy to do a thorough job.

There was small problem but they responded promptly and fixed it so it was fine. They young man that came was very friendly and thorough. It was good. The only thing bad was that there was one area that was really spooky looking and so I called and they cleaned and fixed it. There were a few spot on my hardwood floors where the cleaning solution had dripped from the hosing and it took a little bit to get rid of those but they went away.

I bought it as a gift, and as far as I know, everything turned out fine.

We bought Midwest's upholstery/Deodorizing cleaning package for our 18 year old couch and love seat. The service man (Jim) showed up on time, was very professional and worked very hard to do a good job. There were some spots from head and body grease that would not come out but everything else was great. Midwest told me that not all stains are cleanable before I bought their service.

Jim was wonderful! I called him to schedule an appointment and he was great to work with. He called me the day of the service as he was running ahead of schedule to see if he could arrive early. I was at work so he waited for my scheduled cleaning time and was very understanding. He got right to work after I showed him what needed to be cleaned. I would certainly use him again!

They did a great job and the guy was great! He showed up on time and did everything I asked him to do. He was by himself, but able to complete everything with ease. I have a lot of fans so it didn't take very long to dry. It was probably all dry by the next day.

Jim cleaned a couch that was very very dirty and very dusty. The couch had been in a construction setting and he was able to get that very clean. The couch looks brand new. They also cleaned a chair and my basement carpet as well. The carpet is a very light color, but he was able to get all the spots out. They did a great job and I will use them again. The equipment and truck was very clean and you could tell Jim really cared about his work.
