My carpets look like new! Mr. Darnell did a fantastic job cleaning. He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable about pre-treating the carpets. I highly recommend his services and would hire him again.

He cleaned five rooms and the hallway. He came when he said he would. He explained the process and what was going on. He was very good. I would use him again. We started emailing them back and forth. He would email even on weekends. He would take time to email that's why we used him. The price was good because I used another company a couple of times and they were almost a hundred dollars more expensive. He was on time. He was professional.

Fast, efficient and the smell was gone!

It was a. Sunday and my. Dog made Ames on the rug and we had to get someone to clean it fast and after calling a couple of places and being Sunday They were willing to help, they did Avery good job.

Prompt, professional, did an amazing job on the carpets. Would recommend to others and will use them next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Arrived on time, explained exactly how it would go, and adjusted his routine to clean the room from which I was working first. Carpet looks great, no problems. The black liner that he put on the floor to protect it from the unit left some flakes, but easily cleaned.

Good. The guy arrived right on time and cleaned the couches. Like a lot of people have said on here, don't go into it with high expectations. My couches definitely looked better but don't expect them to look brand new again. He did the best he could do. Overall, it was a good price and our furniture does look better. The couches also had a bunch of lent balls from one of our blankets. I was hoping he had a secret method of getting them all off. But as I expected the only way to get them all off is to pick them off by hand or try duck tape. Understandably, the cleaning didn't include that as it would've probably taken all day to get them all off. Overall I am pretty satisfied.

Paul came out and was courteous, professional, friendly, prompt, and helpful with questions. He did a spotless job, working h****** special stains. It looked beautiful and smelled great, and has remained so. We will hire them again!

Fine. Arrived on time, cleaned the furniture and left. Scotch guarding was extra, but he did not try to sell me a lot of other deals like some providers do. I used a coupon from Angie's List.

The technician was friendly, professional and thorough. However, when moving the couch after he had cleaned it, slid it across our JUST FINISHED flooring - which put a huge scratch. In the end, they did not charge us for that part of the service. We have oak flooring, so the floors do scratch easily, it was just the heartbreak of a perfect thing getting ruined. I can't blame him for that error, and would use the service again... with more supervision for furniture moving.

They were very accommodating working with me on the date for the carpet cleaning. I was coming to St. Louis from out of town and really appreciated the scheduling flexibility, especially around the holidays. They showed up on time and were very quick and professional about the work that was done. They cleaned the carpet in the living room, three bedrooms, a basement recreation area, hallways on the first and second floor and the stairs to the second floor. The carpet, which is probably twenty years old, looked good when they finished. The heavily trafficked areas were very dirty, and that didn't show after the cleaning. They were even able to remove stains I had thought were permanent. All in all, a great job.

It turned out fine. It cost extra for the scotch guard. I would use them again.

They had to come out twice and it still wasn't very good. I don't think they had the time to do it right. I ended up doing it myself.

I wanted to have the work done before the holiday's and there were no issues getting an appointment. They cleaned my sofa and two arm chairs. The service was fine overall.

The job went very well, overall. I was a bit frustrated with the pricing. This was a two bedroom apartment with an open living/dining combination. I expected to pay the price for 3 rooms & a hall, but was told dining area would be priced as if it were a separate room. They arrived later than expected, but the cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. The carpets looked great, which was my main concern.

The provider showed up on time and got to work. He was very professional and courteous. We bought a renovated urban home and the young man who did the work grew up in that neighborhood. He told me a lot about the history of the street. He was very friendly but did not waste a lot of time. He was an honest, hardworking young man. Our carpets did not look dirty but the Sellers had two cats and we have a dog so we wanted to get as much evidence of a cat gone before we brought the dog over to live. All in all, the service was fine but one thing is that we vacuumed the stairs the other day and we got a lot of cat hair off the risers. So I know the carpeted stairs were not cleaned like they should have been. He may not have had a device to clean the risers but I would have thought the company should have one. I am sure there are other people with carpeted stairs. Thus, I only give them a B because of this.

He did an excellent job. Our carpets have never looked better. He was even able to lighten some paint stains, which we didn't expect.

Excellent communication by Jim related to weather issues affecting the schedule. The tech was outstanding. My wife was very pleased, so I'm happy.
