I called and talked to Her and he took care of me immediately. I asked for an estimate for both cars and he called me back right away with the info I needed. I felt good about this so we made arrangements for the cars to be dropped off etc. I sure wish there were more businesses like this one! It really makes a big difference when you deal with friendly, knowledgable and respectful people. I felt that everyone there appreciated our business and this is very very important to me. These people get it!! The whole transaction was breezy and we didn't have to rearrange our lives to get this done. Very efficient and knowledgable people that take pride in doing things correctly! We got an excellent value!! If you don't get your auto/glass glass replaced by Noble Glass Inc. I feel sorry for you!

Noble glass and all the employees from the guy who replaced the window to the woman who took payment and made appointments were friendly, professional and I was very please. I'll use them again and again when I need glass or window repair or replacement.

The work was performed at their shop. They fit us in quickly, had good turn-around time, a smooth pick-up, and good communication throughout. We had 100% insurance coverage, so no payment, but the paperwork was handled smoothly.

Prompt. Professional. Friendly. Fast. I called for an estimate around 10 am. I had the exact dimensions so I was given the estimate over the phone. They came during the earlier part of the window of time I was given. They replaced my door glass within 30 minutes and also cleaned up most of the debris from my broken window.

They did a very good job. They provided some good advice on how to maintain the integrity of the seal of the window into the car. They were polite, courteous, timely, and efficient. Their pricing was good.

They came right away to measure the window box--told me what they would do, how long it would take, they were out there in the winter on a ladder doing a great job.

I called on my day off and he was able to rearrange his schedule to come out the same day. Jim was fast and very professional. He seemed very experienced, and was able to deal with significant rusting behind the windshield. Great job.

The windshield replacement process went very smoothly. Noble Glass took care of all the insurance details. The scheduler offered different dates and locations plus took into account the predicted weather (if the replacement is done outside, the weather needs to be dry). The installation took place exactly as planned.

As you can tell from the services description. It was great. Just what you want in terms of convenience, work performed and explaining what they did.

I called Noble and informed them of my need to repair a rock chip and that it was less than a year since replacing my windshield with Noble. They were pleasant, polite and professional in addressing the issue, scheduling the repair and making the repair. A great follow up service to an original replacement. Noble came out within 4 days of my initial contact. They worked with my insurance company which only wanted a repair of the chip. The technician was concerned with this approach as it would decrease my line of sight and result in glare during night driving. Noble's office worked with the Insurance Company to get a full replacement approved and they had brought out a replacement windshield just in case. The replacement was completed in my home garage. They were very neat and courteous. They took the time to explain the situation and how to care for the windshield for the next several days as it settles in.

We had a wonderful experience with Noble Glass. They are so personable and responsive. We called during a cold snap, when it was too cold to install glass so that it would set properly. They were apologetic, and set us up for the following week when it was supposed to be warmer. Well, Minnesota, being what it is, decided to get even colder. They made special arrangements to take our car to a garage close-by to warm up enough to do the install. They also use high-quality glass. We wouldn't use any one else again!

Our insurance company contacted them (at our request after we read good reviews on Angie's List), and they called very early the next morning (the damage occurred on a Sunday, when they were closed; they called Monday morning). They had already located replacement glass for our 13-year-old car, and came out that afternoon and installed it right there in our garage. They also vacuumed up most of the glass (didn't do the front seats).

Office staff was very helpful in making sure insurance covered the cost of replacement. They had to return to fix a problem with the seal. The owner came immediately, spent time explaining it to me, charged nothing and was very willing to come back if any more problems. He said this was a common problem with my vehicle, fixed it with more glue. That was a few months ago, and I haven't had any problems since.

WAS TREATED LIKE ROYALTY! I DID THE PHONE CALL WITH MY INSURER AND THE GLASS COMPANY ON A THREE WAY LINE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IN ONE DAY. IT TOOK A DAY AS MY UNUSUAL CAR APPARENTLY HAS UNUSUAL GLASS. IT WAS REPAIRED AT MY WORKPLACE PARKING LOT AND I GOT A CALL BEFORE AND AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY CLEANED THE MESS AS WELL. PERFECT.
