Had a fantastic experience working with Jeff Moore and his team. My wife and I had 8 new Pella wood windows installed in our 1950s style St. Paul rambler. My wife was very concerned that the new windows match our existing interior woodwork, and Jeff was able to find a local professional that accurately matched the stain color. The end result exceeded our expectations. The installer Bryan was great to work with as well. We have four more windows to install next year and I will definitely give this project to Jeff and his team at Capital.

We worked directly with Jeff and had a good experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, went over details, and gave us a few options to consider. After we committed to the project, the timeline was laid out and met. The roofers were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day and had good attention to detail. Any questions we had after installation were followed up on right away. Overall, a great experience and we would use this company again for other services in the future.

The folks at Capital Siding, Windows and Construction were great to work with. They came out to take a look at our rotting window(s) situation, offered us options (and samples for comparison) for window and trim replacement, and then provided us with a timely, written estimate. It took 6 weeks to get our new windows made, and from there we worked w/them to schedule the installation. Our new Walsh vinyl windows are high quality and match the others we had replaced a few years ago. The workers were friendly, organized, tidy and efficient and the one guy who did the aluminum wrapping was an amazingly skilled craftsman! I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have their old windows replaced/external trim work matched to the rest of the house. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship, and they were terrific to work with!

Jeff and his family business are the best! We have worked with them several times on different projects. I can count on them to be there on time, to communicate clearly, to do as contracted, be very professional, look over many options to find what fits my budget for a project, and provide professional resources to get the job done on time! We have gone back to them repeatedly because of their fantastic service and quality work. Very easy to work providing consistent expectations that meet or exceed what needs to be done.

Capital Siding came on Aug. 28, 2017 and I showed them a check from the insurance company and they said that insurance companies never pay enough for roofs and I will have to pay the difference. Two weeks later, they emailed me informing me that it was too late to do it this fall and I would have to wait until next Spring. They emailed me a bid for $29,994 on Sept. 18, 2017 and I told them to submit it to my insurance company. They said they would submit it immediately and then I received an email on Sept. 28, 2017 stating they hadn't submitted it and telling me to submit it myself. I immediately called another roofing company who said the $21,275.49 allocated by my insurance company for identical GAF shingles and warranty was plenty and they could complete the project in the next three weeks.

The true test of a company is not when everything runs smoothly but rather when there is an issue that comes up. We had our roof done and hit a snag along the way. Tim was excellent. He was professsional, honest and up front about what would be done. He met at our home with the roofing crew and they fixed the issue working until it got dark. We really appreciate how they made things right, right away. It showed us the true character of Capital and their employees. Thank you Tim, we will be recommending Capital and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Jeff Moore is a total professional not to mention just a heck of a great guy! He took the time to assist and explain things to us in a completely thorough way. The shingles and siding were replaced by Capital in a completely professional and efficient manner. The crew cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. Our city building inspector said that Capital did a very nice job and we agree! Jeff helped me to understand the process involving our insurance company and patiently explained things to us. He is very knowledgeable and his years of experience really shine through. We would be happy to hire Jeff again in the future and heartily recommend Capital to everyone we know!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Not only was their bid the best of the bunch, Jeff made some very helpful suggestions to improve my attic venting. The crew worked fast and did a great job on the roof and with cleanup. The company communication was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again when I replace my siding.

His roofing subcontractor repaired the leaking area for a very reasonable price. I am waiting for the quote on my patio door replacement, but in the meantime the subcontractor showed me where it appeared the leak is so I could caulk it and prevent further damage until I replace the door.

The crew were professional and efficient. Booking through submitting the final insurance certificate was very easy and stress free.

I bought my house in the fall of 2015, though the siding was not in need of painting or repair, I had assumed the siding was some lower quality plank board siding and wanted to replace it with your basic run of the mill vinyl for future maintenance free benefits. Jeff and Daniel (son), the owners came out to give me an estimate. Right off the bat I could tell that they would be great to work with, they were both cheery and friendly. When they looked at my existing siding, they had informed me that it was James Hardie, which I had no idea that the house had that installed when I purchased back in 2015. After further review they advised me to not do anything with the siding and leave the James Hardie in place as I'd be removing about $20k worth of existing siding only to replace with with inferior vinyl siding of about $10k. I was very happy with their recommendation, mostly due to their honestly and being up front about what I already had and they are obviously not just looking for fast money. The wealth of knowledge they had about general contracting was impressive, especially Daniel's knowledge being that he is younger I was impressed with the level of detail that he was engaged in and all he knew and recommended. I don't think dad will need to worry about having a very capable 2nd generation taking over the business some day! Based off of my initial experience and all the positive reviews for work completed I don't think anyone could go wrong with these guys. When I'm definitely in need of some work in the future, whether being siding, roofing, windows or doors, they will be my first call.

We are very happy with the results! Bryan, the window installer does great work and always put tarps on the furniture and cleaned up the room(s) at the end of each day. I enjoyed working with Jeff Moore, the owner, he came out to check out how the job was going. We wanted Parco brand windows and Jeff's company comes highly rated by the manufacturer.

We used Capital for replacement windows and vinyl siding on our previous home, maybe close to 10 years ago. We comparison shopped then and decided Capital offered a good product and reputation at a good price. We were very happy with the job then, and the windows this time are very nice as well. Jeff kept us updated on plans all along the way, Bryan did the actual install and is professional, pays attention to details, did a great job and cleaned up after himself every day. I think the install was done in 3 days, he even had to step aside for a few minutes to allow the exterminator to verify the wasp nest in the door frame was really dead. The only "issue" was Jeff mistakenly forgot to order one window with "grids" to match what was in the townhouse already. Capital re-ordered the correct window, no cost to us, we simply kept the wrong one in place and was a simple swap out when the correct window was shipped. The windows operate smoothly and look great, Bryan did very nice work on framing them. Very happy with our investment!

We couldn't have been happier with the project. Our salesperson, Tim, was very thorough and truthful about the costs and how the job would go. He was very patient with us and made numerous stops to help us choose style and colors. The work crew, John, Jim, and Tony, were very efficient and experienced. It was obvious they took pride in their work. I definitely will recommend Capital to anyone looking to re-side their home.

From quotation to working with the insurance company to completion, the job went very well. The quotation process was thorough and all my questions were patiently answered. It was clear what options were available including pros and cons for each. Capital worked directly with my insurance company to identify detailed differences between the insurance estimate and the replacement cost. This personalized activity saved me about $2000 out of pocket costs that were instead transferred to the insurance company. The crew did good work and allowed me to ask questions during the process as well as make changes along the way that made sense. I'd hire Capital again and recommend them to you. PS: I tried to work with one of those big companies that has a show on the radio. They sent a inexperienced estimator who couldn't answer any questions and during the first meeting, asked me how I planned to pay (cash or check). They weren't even hired yet but were asking about payment. I chose Capital from the Angie's List reviews and I am so pleased that I did.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. Very direct, prompt and honest. The work was impeccable. They did small things like replace small parts of rotted fascia without adding it to the bill. They are all about service and satisfied customers.

Tim was quick to respond to our emails and talked us through the custom options and specs for the windows they offer. He didn't push replacing more windows than we had budgeted for which was nice. Bryan was quick and efficient when replacing the windows and did a great job cleaning up both inside and outside the house. We plan to hire them again when we decide to replace the remaining old windows.

This project was one of the easiest to remodeling projects that I've completed. Bryan did an awesome job of installing the windows and creating trim work to match the existing inside trim since I was replacing original windows. The windows look great both inside and out. My house was cleaned up every day that they were there, both on the inside and outside. Very professional and very knowledge for siding, roofing and windows as I've used Jeff and his team on my new house (roof crickets & replacement windows) and at my old house (new roof, replacement windows, & new siding).

During the home inspection, a potential issue was identified with how the chimney had been flashed. Jeff did a great job helping me understand what the issue was and how easily it could be remedied. The chimney looks so much better than it originally did with a mess of tar flashing and it's done correctly! Very professional team and very knowledge for siding, roofing and windows as I've used Jeff and his team on my new house (chimney flashing & replacement windows) and at my old house (new roof, replacement windows, & new siding).
