Capital Siding Windows & Roofing

I’ve enjoyed working with Capital on a residing with vinyl, new soffit, new fascia, new window wrapping, and gutters of my home and garage. Jeff and Danny were very helpful during the estimate and pre-contract phase. We did have some schedule changes that were unexpected once the contract was signed, but they weren’t very disruptive. If schedule is critical to you then I would be very explicit upfront. Our crew was John and his team. He was great to work to have at the house, talking through things, and was helpful in providing insight into things that I was doing (like changing spigots). All their work was completed two months ago, which isn’t a lot of time for issues to develop, but so far everything looks great. John and his crew are really the reason to go with Capital.

Hi- I can't express enough how wonderful Capital is. I am so happy with the team- Jeff, Danny and Brian they are like family and treated me like family. The whole process was so flawless and the 10 Window's could not be more beautiful and they are extremely high quality. Capital did excellent work reworking the flat roof and nearby windows and shingled areas on our unique home in September-October 2020. Jeff and Azael were not only extremely helpful in assessing the pre-repair situation, recommending what should be done and preparing a detailed work plan and estimate for the project, but in executing the project rapidly with care and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the new, re-sloped flat roof areas (including new metal trim and drains), the new clerestory windows, and the newly re-shingled mansard sections, which are a perfect match for the section we didn't need to replace. Everything looks GREAT and has performed flawlessly so far. We have already made plans to have Capital come back to take care of the rest of the roof when it needs replacing. This is the second project I have contracted with Capital. Our siding project in 2016 was perfect in every respect, resulting in our total satisfaction. Their crew of skilled craftsmen (tear off, repairs, installation and cleanup) was also very personable walking us thru the process, listening to our questions and keeping us informed. This is the major reason I decided to have Capital replace our roof this year. Capital Window, Siding and Roofing helped in determining our home had defective shingles. They went out of their way to prepare and submit a claim to the manufacturer that included numerous pictures and shingle samples. Danny and Jeff were helpful in providing new shingle samples and references to help us with a new shingle style and color. During the re-roof, their team was always polite, respectful and hard working. They took pride in their work and delivered exceptional detail and quality work. At the end of each day, they ensured the job site was clear of any debris and nails. We were very pleased with the whole process from our initial contact with Capital thru job completion and highly recommend.

Over the years, I have hired many contractors. Most of my experiences with the contractors I have hired have not been very positive. Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. From my first meeting with Jeff and Daniel Moore, I knew that I was in good hands and could trust them with my project. They were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They went above and beyond the work that they were hired to do - fixing little projects on my siding that needed to be done. John and Tony (the men who did my siding) were efficient and did excellent work! My house looks great. I would recommend Capital Siding to anyone that needs siding done and needs it done right. Capital was such and easy company to work with right from the beginning. Jeff and Danny came out to give us an estimate and we had a good feeling about them right away. They listened to exactly what we wanted and suggested things we could do and what our options would be. They were great at communicating throughout the whole process and making sure things were exactly how we wanted them. When it was time for the actual project to start they communicated exactly when someone would be at our house and what we would need to do if anything. Bryan was awesome with installing our windows and doors and made sure that everything looks perfect. Once the windows were complete our siding was started and John and his crew got right to work and once again took their time and made sure that everything was perfect. The whole process was so easy and we would recommend Capital in a second to anyone who was looking to have work done and will definitely use them again if we need any work done.

We had the team at Capital Siding and Windows quote and ultimately replace 10 windows in our home. From the first visit, everything went very well and we were pleased with the level of communication Jeff and Danny had with us. The installation process was on track with the estimated timeline. The installation looks great as does the finish work. The installer, Brian, is a true craftsman. We will certainly be using them again.

I had called and asked Capital Siding for a quote on the cost to replace the roof on our house because I had suspected it was damaged. They inspected my roof and determined that no repair or replacement of my roof was needed at this time. I very much appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely call Capital Siding again when it's time to replace our roof.

Everything went very smoothly. We had two layers of shingles on our roof and some leakage issues. They examined the roof and gave us a quote on a new roof and a solution to the leakage issues. We needed new flashing under some of the siding. They came on schedule and completed the job in the allotted time frame. They did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. The dumpster and any left over materials were promptly removed. Jeff was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Due to expertise of workers, quality work and quality products, both my 90 year-old garage and the 5 house windows all look brand new. I was especially impressed with the aluminum detail work on the 5 windows. I would recommend Capital to anyone who is looking for new or refurbishment projects.

I typically find working with contractors stressful, and I'm particular about the quality of the jobs on our house. From our first meeting with Jeff we felt confident that the job was going to go well. Jeff used the Anderson Window team to actually do the install. Detailed communication on the job itself & scheduling went extremely well. This was a rare stress free experience.

Jeff and the team from Capital were great! During the bidding process, they were good listeners about what I wanted and gave good advice (including that I could wait a year or two, as my roof wasn't in critically bad shape). They paid attention to questions of aesthetics, like color matching, not just functionality. I did end up postponing the work a year. When I called back they were prompt and responsive. They set up a date and arrived as scheduled. I had avoided doing planting work along the foundation of my house, since I expected there might be problems with debris, but I need not have worried. The crew was meticulous about laying tarps and the cleanup was spotless. They took the dumpster away promptly, and, except for my beautiful new roof, you would not know they had been there.

Tim from Capital Siding provided us a competitive quote for redoing most of our exterior. We asked for a quote for vinyl siding and windows, gutters and roofing on our house and garden shed. We appreciated his patience and experience particularly explaining window types and brands. We had casement windows and wanted to move away from those.

Was very pleased with how it went. They made you feel like you were their favorite customer! They were helpful in providing guidance and references as we were making our decisions. They were very patient and seemed interested in helping us get exactly what we wanted. The work was performed on time and when they found a concern they pointed it out to us and provided pix and estimate of cost before doing any additional work. Really helped make us feel more comfortable that they were handling everything as if it were their own home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff and his crew. They were very responsive and willing to answer my many questions. They paid great attention to detail when tearing off my 30+ year old roof and then replacing the roof on my 1.5 story, they went above and beyond. Everyone was conscientious and professional. It was very clear that Jeff and his crew wanted to ensure I was very happy with the final product and they take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work they do. The crew arrived promptly, cleaned up and completed the work within the timeframe I was given. The cost of replacing a roof is a significant investment and I believe the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the final product and ease of working with Jeff and his crew. When I am ready to have my siding replaced, I would not hesitate to hire Capital Siding & Roofing again.

Overall Great experience. The work was superb. The quality was excellent, and their interfacing with our insurance company went smoothly. Not quite as fast as some of our neighbors, but the work was done better with no headaches and no issues. I referred Capital to my next door neighbor who contracted with them as well, and had equally as positive an experience.

I was so stressed out with trying to figure out the best company to do our siding that I assigned my husband to take care of it. I honestly could not have been happier with how things turned out. Although I wasn't the point of contact, my husband said Tim was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We started with siding but realized we also needed new windows and roof vents along the way and they were totally willing and able to accommodate our requests. They also replaced a door from the garage to our backyard. The siding, window and roof crews were all phenomenal. The siding took approximately 8 days to complete and they were always here at 7:30 on the dot! I appreciated that and I also appreciated how well they cleaned up after each day. I literally don't have anything bad to say. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the third time I have used Capital and it went great just as it did the first two times. Work was done as I was told and was done in a professional manner. Area surrounding the work was cleaned up very well. Would definitly hire Jeff again.
