Horrible. Did not fix unit, and charged me $450 for about 1 hour of work. Another repair company fixed the broken part for $100. I had used Gregg many of times in the past, but will no longer use.

Honestly horrible. This company charges double the amount of what other companies charge for a service cleaning and the technician put less than 5 minutes into attempting to resolve our blocked air vent. We attempted multiple times to call the owner of the business to inquire on this horrendous service and our phone calls were never returned. Not only does this place offer poor service for your air conditioner but they also lack respect and customer service.

I thought that they were great. They knew what they were doing. I thought that they were very respectful in our home. I didn't have any problems with them.
