 + -1 moreHorrible. Did not fix unit, and charged me $450 for about 1 hour of work. Another repair company fixed the broken part for $100. I had used Gregg many of times in the past, but will no longer use.

This company charges double the amount of what other companies charge for a service cleaning and the technician put less than 5 minutes into attempting to resolve our blocked air vent. We attempted multiple times to call the owner of the business to inquire on this horrendous service and our phone calls were never returned. Not only does this place offer poor service for your air conditioner but they also lack respect and customer service.
Description of Work: We needed our air conditioner serviced as part of the yearly cleaning and we needed a solution for a vent that was blocked.

Description of Work: We hired Sunburst to relocate a supply in our kitchen. In doing so, the supply was closed off to our adjoining dining room. We have called multiple times and scheduled Gregg to come back and fix the issue, but he did not return. I would gladly change the rating if we could resolve this.
