Disappointed that the roof was not cleared of shredded leaves from hail storm. Needless to say, the shredded leaves are now in the gutters

Super nice men. Hand scooped all the gunk out of the gutters. I would have liked them to wash the dirt out, too.

I purchased the Big Deal and spoke with Jess to arrange a service date. They were here this afternoon about 3:30, accessed the gutters by way of the roof and cleaned out all of the maple tree helicopter seeds and other debris. They were friendly, quick and efficient.

They did not give me a date they would be coming, just whenever they could, and apparently came when I wasn't home. They did not even leave a note so I could see someone had actually been to the property, and I can't see my gutters so I have no way of knowing if it was even done.

They did a very nice job. The windows were clean. They're very good. They were efficient. They got the job done. They were friendly. The price was okay.

I was very impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile. They were great!! Will definitely use again!!

Owner Jess came out himself, with excellent employee Andy. Jess was kind enough to give full deal credit although I had purchased the Deal last fall and never had a chance to use it. He has kept in great touch and responds promptly and courteously. At the house, he and Andy did a thorough, professional job. Just after they left, I noticed something small they overlooked (understandable)--and called. He returned my call almost immediately and came back to take care of it to make it right. This company cares about its customers, and the involvement of the owner himself shows their commitment to customer service. Could not be more pleased with their honesty and service.

I recently moved to a new house and discovered the gutters have not been cleaned in a long time. With all the rain recently, it was important for me to get them cleaned asap. I called and told them my situation on a Wednesday, and they said they would come by on Friday with an estimate to clean the gutters and wash the windows that I can't reach. They never showed up or called. They showed up on the following Monday, and apologized. In addition, they gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

The weather was cold - below freezing - but they worked steadily and did an excellent job. There are many second story windows, which they handled with ease. I will definitely use them again.

Because of my "excellent" foresight and planning, when I contacted them they were booked out past my deadline. When I explained my desperate situation, they agreed to work on the weekend to make my deadline. They arrived around 9:00 AM Saturday as promised. They explained their work plan was to remove all the Storms, wash them inside & out, then wash the windows inside and out, then reinstall the clean Storms. Good Plan but not all of the 30+ year old Storms initially bought into the program. Jess and Andy patiently worked them until all were out and clean. (Personally, I probably would have opted for a more final form of persuasion in a couple of cases involving violence, but they did not). They finished about 5:30, They were very careful with my furniture, moving it out of harm's way, then putting it back in place. Over the past 15 years I have washed the windows my self which usually took me the better part of two weekends, and a fair amount of frustration when the Morning sun highlighted the places I smeared. The Morning sun on Sunday the 7th was a testament to the quality of Jess & Andy's work and also the lack of wisdom on my part not hiring them before. I really enjoyed meeting these fine professionals.

If you are looking for window cleaning, you should hire Jess & Joe. He was very timely in his response to my inquiry for a quote. He delivered the quote quicky. Services were performed perfectly and on time. Overall he did a great job. I would hire him again.

I received bids from 3 different companies on Angies List and they were the lowest (all 3 companies had "A" ratings) They were able to schedule our job within a week and did an outstanding job. Were punctual, extremely neat and did great job. I would highly recommend. We have "unique" windows (pain to clean) with many different grates and they look fabulous.

Jess and Andy worked quickly and finished the job under two hours (but quality was great). I was particularly impressed with the gutter cleaning. Andy accessed the gutter from above, and bagged and removed the waste (I was expecting that it might get thrown on the ground and then retrieved - which is what *I* do, haha). He also rinsed the gutters with water to make sure any clogs were flushed out. It was a quick and thorough job. I will be using them again.

I purchased their 30 pane package through Angie's list. I was quickly contacted and we set a date and time period. Jess and Andy were prompt. They called when they were on the way. They were very pleasant and professional. Were conscientious about removing their footwear upon entering. They were efficient but thorough. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them highly.

Jess was very responsive to all questions via e-mail through Angie's list. (and I did have lots of questions). it had been a long time since I had my windows washed. I live in an older home, with windows that have "French panes". I have found it difficult to understand pricing from other providers. Jess was very clear with pricing, and even came out to give me an estimate (so I didn't need to do the "math"). They arrived pretty much on time, and called me about 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they introduced themselves and explained how they would complete the job. removed all storms and screens, clean them, wash the outside of windows, then finished with the inside. Then I was able to just relax while they did all the work. very meticulous with all windows, even removed the storms (which are screwed on from outside) on my piano windows to be able to clean the inside. They moved furniture that needed to be moved to get to the windows, and put everything back in place. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Jess!!!

It went very well! Jess and Andy were great. I messed up and gave them the wrong address -- my old house -- but they made time and came to my new house where the gutters REALLY needed a lot of work. They were very pleasant, hard working, and did a great job.

The service provided was excellent, especially when compared to other companies I've hired to clean our gutters in the past. They bagged all the debris in the gutters, and left the ground underneath clean. In the past, other companies have thrown the debris onto the ground below, and left it there. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

My dog got out the door and one of them even chased the dog down for me so that was good. It turns out he ran in marathon so he just took off after the dog. Above all they did a good service. They did a good job. The windows look great. They were right on time which I appreciated. It was just all good. I think the price was very fair. They were very professional.

Jesse and Andy arrived at my house on time and promptly cleaned my gutters--they did a great job! They also did another "handyman" job that I needed to have done. I will definitely call them back. NICE GUYS!
