Great service and price. My only minor gripe is that the majority of the communication was through the Angie's List message system, which is not the most convenient way to communicate because it's not something I regularly use. Would have preferred a phone number to call or email. Thanks!

These guys were great. Jess and Andy arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work clearing my clogged second story gutter. No problems, no b.s., no hassles. I would definitely call them again for gutter or window cleaning.

I bought an Angie's List big deal for Jess & Joe's. We emailed and had a date for the worked scheduled a timely manner. When they came out to the house, they got started on the windows right away. It didn't take them long before they had the windows sparkling clean! I love it! They were very nice and friendly. My dogs liked them too :)

J and J's were easy to work with. I asked for a quote, got it, they came and cleaned my gutters and I didn't have to be home for any of it. They were less expensive than others I got quotes from. They were very responsive on Angie's list message system. Thank you.

We were very happy with everything they did. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, efficient, fair, and did a great job! When they first arrived, they found a wasp issue that prevented them from completing the job that day. Once we resolved the wasp situation, they returned without an additional charge. We could not have been happier. USE THEM!!

Jess and Andy did excellent work. They went out of their way to be sure we were pleased with the work. They were able to remove screens I could not get off, and even put in an air conditioner for me. Excellent service!

Jess and Andy did a fabulous job, cleaning all of our windows inside and out. They were efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to work with, and I will have them back this fall for the gutters. Our windows are so clean, it's as though we have no glass!

They showed up right on time, super nice and very professional. They did a great job cleaning my gutters. They found and removed 8 old tennis balls and dog toys! No wonder I was having so many issues. Every time it rained water poured out over the gutters and flooded my kitchen but ever since Jess and Joe were here I have had no problems at all! They arranged to come out quickly and did a great job. My neighbor asked if they would do her house as well and they did - even gave her my Angie's rate! There was a problem with one of the gutters so they took the time to calk it. Personable,enthusiastic young men.

Overall, the service was excellent and I would hire them again. The only complaint was that the window sills weren't cleaned, as I'd expected.

We live in a new neighborhood with lots of construction dust, dirt, ec. The windows on our new home were very dirty and needed a cleaning. Jesse responded promptly to my email, came on time, finished early and was always checking in to make sure we were satisfied with the job as it was progressing. The windows look brand new and we can see our yard again. I would highly recommend his service and we will definitely use again.

They responded to my email very promptly and scheduled the work according to my schedule. They arrived promptly - a little early, actually, got right to work and were finished in no time. When they were ready to go, we chatted a little & they were friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier. Now that I know their work, I plan to have them wash the windows on my house, too.
