Jess had done work for us last fall. After recent storms we had a lot of debris on the roof causing some major issues in heavy rain. I called Jess and he fit us into his schedule. He gave me a window for when he could be here and texted me about 15 minutes before arriving. He also was willing to help out my neighbor with a similar problem while he was here.

Jess is friendly, efficient and skilled at taking apart old double-pane windows, cleaning off all the dust and grime on four separate surfaces per window, and putting it all back together, leaving it gleaming. He's not cheap, but this is also not easy work; it took a full day and a half to get through all the windows in the house. Plus, as a bonus, Jess freed a kitchen window that had long been painted shut.

These guys are the absolute best ever! Not only did they come when they said they would, but my windows have NEVER looked this good! The removed old residue other cleaners couldn't. They were quick, so very thorough, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using this service again!

Seemed to do a good job - gutters were clear and they didn't leave behind any mess. My only complaint is that they arrived and started performing the service without knocking or introducing themselves first. They arrived quite early so I was surprised to find them in my yard.

Cleaning gutters went just fine. Very nice guys. Came a few hours earlier than expected, which was okay. Worked fast and did a great job.

I found Jess & Joe's on Angie's list in early October 2015 & called them to come & clean my gutters. I hadn't had them looked at or cleaned since I moved into the house in 2010, so I thought it was time to do it, even though there are gutter guards on the gutters. Jess said he could come within a couple weeks & could give me the special that was advertised on Angie's List, which was $99. He came on the appointment day & finished the job. I was at work so was not here when he did the work. He left his card & address where I should send payment. Since I was not here, I didn't talk w/ him to know what he found with my gutters & what they needed. So I sent him a letter with payment & return envelope asking him to write on my letter in what condition he found my gutters, what they needed & what did he do. He did do that fairly promptly, so I was satisfied with his work & responsiveness, although I would have liked him to provide that information to me without my asking for it. I would recommend him for gutter cleaning - price was very reasonable.

They were professional, polite, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again to clean gutters or Windows.

The guys arrived two days earlier than expected as colder weather was coming, and they wanted to get the work done. It is difficult to say if they did a thorough job without going up there myself but water is running out of my downspouts when it rains. They did say that the gutters were not very cluttered, so this work might not even have been necessary. Very courteous guys!

After an answering message asked for dates I gave them some that I would be home as I needed to explain something about the job we needed done. They came an earlier date when I was not around and didn't leave any kind of confirmation that they'd been here. Not knowing this I called again to see about the date they thought they might come and was told they'd already come and done the job. I explained that I gave dates I'd be around and needed to tell them something about the job before they did it so they offered to come back out at no charge and do it again! Very nice guys and did a very nice job according to our specs.

I called and talked to Jessie to see when they could clean out my gutters. He and his crew were at my house the next day and got my gutters cleaned out before the snow and rain. They were quick and did a good job. The response time was great! Good Job!
