Description of Work: They contacted me within hours of purchasing the gutter cleaning service and said they were in my neighborhood and wanted to know if they could do it that afternoon. They did a great job. I'd definitely call them again.

Description of Work: The team from Jess/Joe's did a great job cleaning our gutters. Very prompt in their arrival, friendly in our interactions with my wife and extremely thoughtful about cleaning up the mess in the yard from the project. | |They did such a great job, they ended up being hired by our neighbors do their gutter cleaning and were able to fit it in "same day" when we coordinated the scheduling. Win win for all of us. | |We then hired Jess/Joe to work on the gutter cleaning at our investment property, a very tall old duplex in downtown Minneapolis. They did a great job in all of the work we had for them, we'll be hiring them again next year to do our gutters... and we'll be recommending them to others in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: We had our gutters cleaned this fall by Jess and Joe's. We had scheduled them to come out in the middle of November. When the weather started to turn, we got a call that they were going to come out earlier so they could get it done before a hard freeze. I'm very grateful they did because we started getting snow and very cold weather the next week. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They washed my outside windows. They removed and replaced all the screens. They also worked around a boat that blocked some of the windows. I will definitely use them again. My husband even noticed how clean they were.

Description of Work: They were very polite. It was going to cost an extra $441.83 to the $89 Big Deal Coupon to clean my windows. I thought when I purchased the Big Deal for $89 it would be for cleaning windows as stated. However, they told me it would be an additional $441.83 to get the job done.
