Todd was running about 15 minutes behind and called ahead of schedule to inform me. We reviewed the project and he performed the service in an efficient manner. He provided an Angie's List discount.

They spent quite a while to do the job since it was a complicated one. They accomplished the job, but they charged me per hour and it was quite a bit. So I feel that the cost can be adjusted since just to get hot water I had to spend quite a sum. Not all plumbers do that. I would give him excellent rating except for the cost. It could have been better.

I had Todd from St. Croix Plumbing out to help with another problem and had him look at our water heater. He let us know it was at least 20-25 years old, and probably living on borrowed time. We had been contemplating a replacement for some time but as it kept working we just kept putting it off. Well the new regulations regarding water heaters starting mid-April prompted us to get it done. I had called a few different companies for prices, and went with St. Croix Plumbing as Todd had already seen what needed to be done, and I liked his manner and work ethic. When I called to schedule an appointment he was actually available that same day. He promptly came out when scheduled, and had my new water heater in and working in 2 hours. I got a better water heater than I originally thought, at no extra cost. He also replaced a couple old-school values. I highly recommend this provider to anyone needing anything plumbing related. I will definitely use St. Croix Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had smelled gas near our gas meter and had Xcel Energy come and check it out. They said I need to replace the 325 Maxitrol valve thing that went to the fireplace. That day I just so happened to get my Angies List book in the mail so I browsed through it and called a couple providers. When I called St. Croix Plumbing and spoke with Todd he was just so pleasant to talk to, and was able to give me an idea of the cost over the phone. I called to schedule a couple days later, and he was able to come out the next day. He replaced the valve at a cost even less than I expected. I will definitely use St. Croix Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Todd!

Arrived on time, removed old disposal, installed the new disposal and recommended proper use. New disposal was reasonably priced.

Went O.K I thought it was a bit pricey but didn't have much to compare with. He did good work

I called to schedule a time for a service call. Someone was able to come over in 1 1/2 hours. Todd, the plumber arrived about 1 hour after we talked ( half an hour earlier than expected). He quickly accessed the issue, went to get replacement parts and had my sink running without any leaks in less than an hour! Todd was very professional! He cleaned up his mess and explained the bill thoroughly. I would definitely use St Croix Plumbing again!

I have contacted him for other things as well. The first time I called hit, my condo that I rent out, the tub was clogged and he told me that he would send someone out. He sub-contracted another company to do that. I asked for an estimate and said they could not give me a price. I called him and asked why they could not give me a price. He explained that they do not work for him, he just sub-contracts those jobs out, and he was able to give me a price over the phone. I have called him after the sump pump job, due to another problem I was having with my condo. He asked if it was another drain issue and I told him it was and I wouldn’t want him to send me another sub-contractor. He then said he would call me back on Monday and I moved on with another company.

This was the first time I have used them. They did a great job. One plumber came out and it took a short time to fix the leak.

Highly recommend this servicer for all of your plumbing needs. Todd was the 3rd plumber I had called only because the prior 2 did not return my phone calls at all after waiting a week. Todd responded immediately and had scheduled a service date during the same call within 2 days. The job was small, but that didn't make a difference whatsoever for he was extremely responsive and professional! The faucet I had chosen was a single hole fixture and he made it work by providing the option to drill where necessary. If this option wasn't offered, I would of been out the cost of the faucet as well as money to purchase a new replacement. I will definitely be utilizing his services for any future plumbing needs! Angie's 5% discount was a plus. Highly recommend!!!

There is no doubt why this company has multiple service awards and five stars. Todd was professional and personable with us. What a relief it was to have the best for our first plumbing emergency.

Todd Jadwin did a great job for us, and on very short notice. The crew installing our new gas range discovered a leak at the coppe tube gas line serving the kitchen, which had never been used before. We found St. Croix Plumbing on Angies List and Todd came out within a couple hours. He discovered a major kink and crimping which had caused the failure, and then discovered that the supply line from the utility room ran through a narrow plenum and was buried underneath a lot of foam insulation. He worked very efficiently to access and, separate, cut the tube and then to connect to the new appliance. It was a problematic situation, and Todd dealt with it cleverly and professionally. The new connection to the appliance is solid and foolproof. We are grateful for the capable and quick work, and will definitely turn to him again when we need plubling services.

Todd called us because he had an opening to do the job early. He came over right away and started working on the leaking faucets. We initially were only going to have the one of the faucets fixed, but decided to do the second one and the shut off valves as well. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He did an awesome job and left us very happy with his work. I highly recommend him.

He did a nice job. Later when additional work was needed, and we assumed it had been due an error on his part, he came back and fixed it without charge, even though he was not at fault. Everything in Hudson seems too expensive, so I hesitate to give excellent rating on cost. I gave him the awesome rating on cost because he came back and completed additional work at no charge.

Todd called ahead and arrived early. He was courteous, and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

Todd came out twice in the same night and ended up replacing the check valve in my sump pump pipe and the sump pump. He did a great job and I really appreciate his quick response, diagnosis and repair. This is the second time that I have used Todd and it won't be the last!
