Todd, again you have gone way above the call of duty and exceeded our families expectations. Being a repeat customer of St. Croix Plumbing, there simply isn't anyone else I will turn to. From the time of my first phone call to Todd explaining my plumbing problem, to the time he showed up was about 25 minutes. As usual Todd came prepared and assessed the plumbing problem and after realizing the shut off valves below the sink were stuck, he went out to his truck, grabbed two new ones and replace them. Todd then moved on to the faucet and after dis-assembly, didn't just tell me what was wrong like you would get from most plumbers, but showed me what was wrong and explained possible reasons for the problem. Todd went out of his way again going straight to the plumbers store, grabbed a replacement, came back and fixed it right away. In the past, I have experienced plumbers saying they would have to special order a part and come back in a few days to fix the problem. You will not get this type of response from Todd. If it can be fixed right then and there, he will fix it. My family is working on finishing our basement and will be putting in a new bathroom and wet bar. You can bet that St. Croix Plumbing will be the only plumber I call for that job and any more in the future. I highly recommend St. Croix Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumbing reference. It was great. They did a good job. He was very thorough and explained everything well.

I have used them three times. They can usually come out the same day or the next day. The owner will call back and let you know what is going on. They are very timely. Their initial estimate has not ran over any of the time's I have used them. They are very honest. He is very professional and really knows what is going on with the plumbing. His repairs have lasted and there have been no problems.

Had an slow leak for months and I finally called a plumber and to my surprise they were here within hours. Great service, great preventative advice, very professional and clean. Leaky antique work sink in basement. I originally asked Todd to demolish an old work sink and install a new one. Todd informed me that it would that it would not be worth it for him to take out sink because he bills at $90 hour. He recommended that I hire someone else like a handyman to do the work. I did not take sink out. Instead Todd was able to do a workaround and install the sink behind the old sink. Works great. Owning rental properties, I have used several plumbers. I prefer Todd because he is a straight shooter, he is knowledgeable, and he offers a fair price. I use him for all my plumbing needs now.

Todd came over and replaced faucet along with 3 shut off valves that had gone bad.

He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and very knowledgable. He answered any question and concern I had.

Todd from St. Croix gave me an estimate right over the phone. He arrived right on time and got straight to work. Installation went smoothly and the charge matched the estimate. Todd was very professional and friendly.
