Went absolutely horribly from start to finish. I had done plenty of research and chose the exact flooring I wanted. I just needed someone to order it and install it. Searched around and found 3 or 4 companies that could get the flooring I needed he was not the cheapest but I went with him as I knew him from work. We did an entire main floor remodel and every contractor I have hired came to me by word of mouth, except this guy. Wow, what a mistake. From the lies regarding delivery to the incompetent installers there was not one good thing that came from this. Numerous calls to get it delivered, lied with excuses from the driver getting held up to wood not arriving. (asked the driver what happened, he had no clue what I was talking about). The first installer took 2 days to install about 20 sq feet of flooring if you can call it installing. There were so many gaps between board to board and board to wall you could stick your finger in it. Mike and his wife said it was so it could expand, this was July!!!!! really!!!! They then sent someone else to install who had to rip it all out and start over. Thank goodness Mike ordered way too much wood to make this even an option. Tore out about 100 SQ ft of flooring.This installer was better, but very, very, very, slow. It seriously took over 10 days to install about 800 sq feet of flooring in an entirely empty room, nothing to work around. Ridiculous. Every call I made to Mike was never, never answered. He would call his wife who would then text me. I would then call him again, usually from a different phone with no caller ID. There is not enough time to go into everything that went wrong. He would send his wife to do his dirty work, poor girl and one time she even brought their 4 yr old daughter to our home where my 12 yr old son ended up playing with her. Looking back most I should have done was just get him to get the wood and hire my own installers. Actually shouldn't have used him for anything. I still have many issues with the floor, but will never, ever call them to come and fix it. Payment was a nightmare too, they demanded payment before I was satisfied with the job (no happening) and then when my husband finally said, just pay and be done with them, they wanted me to hand deliver before 4pm not mail. HMMMM, wonder why? Never, ever, ever use this company!!!
