Tom of Holm & Olson called me immediately and we scheduled at time for him to come take a look at property and project with in days. I was having a brick patio extended/lengthened. I received a contract the next day and the project commenced within 10 days. The project was completed in 2 days and they were able to match the brick exactly and the extension was seamless. Holm & Olson did a great job and Tom wasa pleasure to work with. The timeliness, attention to detail, worksmanship and customer service were all top notch.

We are so happy with our new patio! Holm & Olson provided us with the most reasonable price BY FAR and the best service! Tom was wonderful! He came to our house multiple times to help plan our project. He listened to what we were thinking and gave us advice from his years of expertise to make sure that our patio fit seamlessly into our yard. It looks like it has always been there! Tom is the type of person who cares about each project and makes every customer feel important. This was the first landscaping project we had ever done, and Tom was happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. We can't wait to work with him again!

Our remodeling project consisted of installing two Blue stone patios and a waterfall feature. Working with Holm and Olson's professionals was a pleasure and the results "stunning".

We were very pleased with all the efforts that were made to get this job completed on a timely basis. They followed through with everything that they said they would. This was not the case with other contractors we had tried to get estimates from. The workers were very professional and courteous. If we need these type of services again we would not hesitate to call them first.

Our project is now complete. The quality of the work overall is very good, and I'm extremely pleased with my retaining wall. There are just a few things that could be have been better: 1. During-project communication regarding any changes to the work. For example, the crew had already wrapped up "all" their work and left the site before I was approached with holding off on one component of the plan. I would have appreciated having the opportunity to address this before the crew was done. 2. Follow-up after completion to discuss satisfaction with the project. There are a few minor issues I would like to see resolved.

Tom and his team were very efficient from start to finish, very friendly and professional. They finished the whole project in just half a day and no more water leaking problems into the basement. I would give a A++ for the service.

I think the price was very fair, and they did a great job. I have used them for a second job and would highly recommend them to everyone. Tom Albers
