+ 0 moreWe hired Brad at Bayside Floor and Tile to 1) replace our combo shower/tub with a walk in shower and 2) tile the bathroom floor. We did the demo work prior to Brad starting his work. Brad’s work was excellent. He coordinated the required plumbing work, constructed the shower pan and installed the tile in a professional and timely manner. The floor and shower tile installation was of high quality and looks great! Brad was easy to work with, his pricing was very competitive, and we are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Build and tile walk-in shower and tile bathroom floor.

+ -1 moreGreat, Brad is one of the most price competitive and flexible contractors I've met. He is always willing to work with you and will help guide you to necessary vs frivolous costs. Line item billing is key to see what work is done and flexible payment terms. He's professional, and does quality work. If you're not happy, he makes it right.
Description of Work: Full basement gut and remodel after a sewer backup. Tore out old cedar board and drop celing down to studs, hired contractor to wire all new condiuit for can lighting vs our old florescent fixtures, heavy exterior electrical updates, all new framing, sheetrock, mud and tape as well as created a storage area with 2 doors for us.
