This business has excellent communication skills, works with your schedule, and quickly adapts! I had booked an appointment for one day, then had something personal happen to interrupt the timeframe, and the day before my appointment, they were happy to reschedule. The quality of work was better than expected too! The price was the best of the quotes too! Highly recommend this business!

Tony did an awesome job and successfully removed a large number of stains created from my dogs. Carpet looks so much better than I thought would be possible. Tony was professional, friendly and I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with the job he did!

Tony displays a passion for his craft that I have not seen with carpet cleaning. We have had partners before that seem to be going through the motions of addons and expensive unneeded treatment. Tony was a revelation. He works hard to understand the entire scope of the job, nuanced and all, and problem solve his way to completion. We have had many high-end carpet cleaners in our past and Ohana Clean was by far the best on all fronts. First, it has been a while since our last cleaning and all of the stubborn stains came out. The system they use miraculously removes water quickly. Our family felt that our home even smelled fresher! Most importantly, the customer service was high touch. They were trustworthy, kind, and truly interested in making sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use them next time and share their name with our friends.
