Was punctual, came every day, always willing to discuss progress of trapping and exactly why he trapped where he did, created an exit-only area when most were gone, put sheet metal (chew-proof) matching my roof color in very difficult places on my roof, under eaves. Also covered other similar areas which were not entries, but could be in the future. Not a sign of squirrels since.
Description of Work: He identified the entry of squirrels into my attic, set traps, came every day to remove trapped squirrels (9 in all, I believe), very securely and permanently blocked the entrances. In addition, he voluntarily blocked some other similar potential entrances, saving me a repeat. Though I had more squirrels than anticipated, the price did not change.

Dennis carefully diagnosed the problems (all we knew was there were strange noises in the wall) and displayed the evidence, giving a full explanation. The squirrels he live-trapped and took away, although the mice unfortunately had to be poisoned. He tended the traps frequently. He came on time, was careful not to track dirt into the house, and provided his own ladder.
Description of Work: Dennis first came to get some squirrels out of our walls, then came back a few months later to evict some mice.

HE WAS INITIALLY DIFFICULT TO REACH AS HE WAS OUT OF TOWN. ONCE HE RETURNED TO TOWN, HE CALLED RIGHT AWAY and CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. THE RESULTS WERE WONDERFUL. THE TREATMENT CONTINUES TO WORK and IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS. WE ARE FINDING VERY FEW BOX-ELDERS ON THE HOUSE, BUT WE CONTINUE TO FIND DEAD ONES ON THE GROUND AROUND THE HOUSE FOUNDATION.
Description of Work: WE HAVE MANY BOX-ELDER TREES ON OUR PROPERTY. WE GET THOUSANDS OF BOX-ELDER BUGS IN THE FALL. THIS PERSON WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY SOMEONE WHO HAD USED HIM FOR BOX-ELDER CONTROL. HE SPRAYS THE OUTSIDE SURFACE OF YOUR HOME.
