Able was hired to clean my chimney. The gal that called me to schedule was very courteous and pleasant. Michael was here on time, performed the work. He took the time to explain to us what is involved and he was very kind and patient. Good customer service.

Mike did a great job of inspecting and cleaning our fireplace flue. I'c recommend Able Chimney Sweeps for that work. Issues we encounted was in follow up on repairs. After an initial email, Mike no longer responded to emails. Leaving us to hire another company.

Mike was early and went right to work. Really knows his business and my inspection of his work showed he is a very good chimney sweep. Cleaned more than i asked for and could not tell he had been here after he left. Great job. Nice guy too!
