Description of Work: Replaced picture window with a bay window and retro fitted 3 other windows. Crew was very efficient, careful and cleaned up work areas very well. Windows look great and work well, we'll see in 10 years or so how they hold up.

Description of Work: WE HAD THEM GIVE US A BID FOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT. DEREK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. WE CHOSE NOT TO USE THEM SIMPLY BECAUSE WE HAD A SLIGHTLY BETTER OFFER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING AT WINDOW REPLACEMENT.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, BUT ONE OF THE WINDOWS DID NOT HAVE THE SAFETY GLASS REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF RICHFIELD FOR THE TOP OF STAIRWAY. THE CITY INSPECTOR CALLED THEM. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO HAVE THE GLASS PRODUCED IN THE FACTORY, THEN THEY CALLED ME FOR A TIME TO COME AND REPLACE IT. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR HIM TO CHANGE THE GLASS TO THE PROPER ONE. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE DIFFERENT TYPE OF GLASS.
