Description of Work: Built & installed custom bathroom vanity (upper & lower cabinets). The vanity is beautiful, I absolutley love it. The guys are very easy to work with and extremely patient. Quality of the vanity is great, definately top of the line. | |My only issue was with the installers. I don't know if it was lack of skill or lack of authority, but they weren't able to think on their feet and deal with things that came up that were out of the ordinary. Or how to assess and question when things just didn't look right, so they could make a jdugement call to stop the work until everything was squared away. The owner was able to quickly correct all but one of the issues resulting from my concern with the installers; because we couldn't correct the biggest issue I no longer have the normal amount of heat/air in the bathroom. This is why I rated Responsiveness a "C" (maybe that should have been Quality instead?). My only recommendation would be that if you don't have a general contractor that your working through, then make sure the owner is onsite with the guys when they begin the install.

Description of Work: Steve and his crew were GREAT! We love our new kitchen and bathrooms. He not only built custom cabinetry but also refaced the oak in our home which we wanted gone. It was a big job and we are so happy with the end result. We would use him again. In fact, we plan to...........when we hire him again to do built ins in our home office. The only negative would be you are going to be so pleased your going to want to extend the job to include every room in your house.
