I couldn't believe how fast Scandia Contracting completed the job, which was a priority due to the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. Invoice came in at price quoted which as I said before was much lower than the other two quotes I had received.
Description of Work
We were in the middle of the sale of our house when the septic came back noncompliant. We needed to totally replace the existing system. I first contacted Dave when I was looking for a designer and although he doesn't do design work he was so nice and willing to answer my questions I knew I'd be calling him back when I had the design and needed a quote for the replacement. Scandia Contracting was not only the best quote but was able to get the job started sooner than anyone else.

It went great. The area was cleared well so that the building could be constructed. Septic seems to work great. They came back and did the final grading and I am very satisfied.
