He was very professional and friendly. He did great work, and did a fantastic job of informing us how to take care of it. He was very easy to talk to. He gave us a very reasonable price. He was very informative for my husband and very nice in explaining everything. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

I was very impressed that both over the phone and at our house, the employees were the most courteous people I have dealt with in a contractor situation. The work was done neatly, on time and when an adjustment needed to be made later, they came out on a day when they thought they would be too busy to respond until the next day.

Everything was done very timely and professionally. Couldn't be happier!

The spring broke, so I could not open the garage door, and the cars were stuck inside the garage. The repair guy came out exactly when I expected, but he found that my springs were a cheap Home Depot setup and they did not repair them. He explained the benefits of using a better quality system, and helped me get the cars out of the garage. Gave me a price for replacing the whole setup, the price was fair and he showed up a couple of days later with all the parts and performed the upgrade without any trouble. He was nice, quick, clean, and the garage door works much better now and is more reliable.

Excellent. They were there exactly when they said they'd be. We really needed the door since the old one was only operable manually. Job was completed very promptly. New garage door looks great and operates dandy. One guy did this all by himself. Amazing! And he did it in the middle of winter (January)! Still don't know how one guy could possibly do this, but he did!

The repair person, I believe his name was Al, fixed the door very quickly. He cleaned up his work area, explained to me what happened, offered me a lifetime guarantee for the door and presented me with a bill. After I wrote a check he thanked me and was gone. He was extremely polite.

I used Overhead Door by recommendation of my neighbor. They had to come out four different times because the panels in each shipment were damaged. I really liked the company. They were good. The workman looked the pieces over very carefully, even pointing out a minor scratch and getting a replacement. I requested the same guy come out each time because I liked him, and they were accommodating to my request. He explained that my existing door opener was fine for now but has life expectancy. I appreciated that he gave me the option to keep the old opener but had them replace it nonetheless. The only thing was the salesmen do not do Saturday or Sunday calls, so I had to take off work to meet with them initially.

These guys are fast, clean, and efficient. They've repaired the opener three times in the last 5 years. I have issues with the opener, but not with their service. They are really punctual.
