Description of Work: Cleared basement floor drain. This is the third time I have used Janecky Plumbing in the 20 years I have lived here. The previous homeowner recommended them and I have never regretted using them. The plumber was punctual, worked quickly and offered advice to prevent future problems.

Description of Work: Traced source of a leak. It turned out to be from HVAC system which is serviced by a different vender. Explained how to do it myself in the future. Charged only for a service call. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

Description of Work: Michael called to confirm the appointment. Jed (?) came slightly early (nice surprise). He checked the furnace, duct system, and went above the coupon and replaced the air filter which I had supplied and available. He went through the check list, explaining the two issues he observed and offered suggestions. He was quite courteous, personal and professional. Overall I am quite pleased with the service!
