He said they would come out and repair the two spots and they would leave a bill for me. I waited and waited and finally called them back he acted like he didn't even know who I was. He apologized and said he just lost track of me. He said it was too cold to do the repair work. I understood, but was surprised that he didn't come back out when the temperature went back up. I haven't heard from him again. I hope I won't need major repair work after having the cracks suffer through the winter. The president after reading this report came out & was very apologetic. He asked me to give him another chance & had someone come out and put sealant on my house & apologized for not letting me know that someone was going to come out. I am going to have him out in the spring to do some more work. He was very sorry about the problem and wanted to make sure that he was going to do everything I wanted him to do.

I contacted Kurt earlier to paint my living room, it was short notice and he did not have a crew open. I hired someone else, and wish I hadn't. But, he told me to call again in a few days because if it rained he could pull his crew off exteriors to do a small job. I had been dealing with contractors for weeks and really appreciated Kurt's frank, professional, and prompt responses. So, when I got overwhelmed with the kitchen I called him again he was able to send a crew over the next morning. Well, I didn't sand before putting the primer on. Kurt explained that it could be done this way but it would ultimately chip off. They worked three days straight and were finishing up when the movers arrived with the furniture. It was such a relief to know that the work was being done, and being done by excellent craftsmen.

Our construction company overstayed there welcome by close to 120 days putting us way behind schedule. We had our Kitchen and basement totally redone. We put in new windows too but because we were so behind schedule we had to hire someone to paint our house. We are extremely happy with the work Home Transformations did and would hire them anytime.

I was extremely pleased with Home Transformations. Kurt is prompt, courteous and professional. He disclosed everything that I needed to know, so there were no surprises. His crew was great and my house looks great! He was on top of the project from beginning to end. Clean up was very good. This was a very positive experience for me. And the work was guaranteed for five years!

Kurt Meyer, president, totally lived up to expectations set by other Angie's List reviewers. He was extraordinarily responsive and considerate in his responses to our many questions. Hand delivered his bid. Very flexible in revising his bid once we needed to change the scope of work.

The price was higher than estimate because we asked for more work. We feel we got exactly what we paid for. The contractor estimated that the job would take 2-3 weeks, which is exactly what it took. We had at least 3 different quotes. We chose them by their presence during the estimate, but mainly on the price, and also on their professionalism. I felt that the pricing was fair. We most liked Kurt Meyers expertise, professional manner, and willingness to work with us. He did not whine or make up excuses. The painters accidentally dripped paint on the kitchen sink and basement sink. They only wiped it, leaving some residue. We were able to get it off the kitchen sink. It dried before we found it in the basement sink and that was the only thing they didn't do perfectly!

Kurt was extrememly helpful. We tried 3 different colors before deciding on the final color. He was patient and understanding and helped us make the final decision. The workers were courtious and friendly - and very understanding when asked to keep the noise level to a minimum during our son's nap time.

Kurt was very professional through the whole process, from submitting a bid to completion. He educated me on what was going on and why, which I appreciated because many people in the business don't do that. His crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day. Kurt responded quickly when I had any questions. A great experience overall with no problems at all.

Kurt did a great job. His estimate was great. It was a big job, his crew was great also. Our house looks beautiful and we recommend Kurt. His personal attention is wonderful.

Okay, the price Home Transformations gave us wasn't the lowest, but they get an A+ for value. The amount of prep work they did on our house surprised even me (a picky perfectionist). They were thorough, timely, and extremely neat. They were especially careful while removing lead-based paint, both for themselves and us. (Have you ever seen a contractor clean up by vacuuming your porch and lawn?) They also seemed interested in working to save us a bit of money--like working on ladders when scaffolding probably made more sense. The results, of course, are what we live with. On the day after they left, I was working in the yard and four different peoples stopped to ask who had done the painting. I really can't say enough about what a good experience working with them was.

These guys are fast! I was amazed at how quickly they did what would have taken me all summer. They also showed up exactly when they said they would, suggested ways to save me money, and cleaned up after they were done. Great work ethic.

The HOME TRANSFORMATION crew was fast and accurate. They showed up precisely when they said they would. Furthermore, they did the work without damaging the landscaping around the foundation. These guys are absolutely terrific. Great to work with!

Because our job was small, Kurt fit us in between his larger jobs. When the crew arrived they were done the same day! It looks fabulous, and they did a super job cleaning up as well. They did such a good job, were so reasonably priced and were so responsive that we had them repaint half of the inside of the house, they did a great job. They're one of the best trade vendors I've ever worked with. Meyer, their president, is right on top of the work being done. They do quality work.

Kurt was on time for the bid and very cordial. Was familiar with the color I wanted to use. Although he was booked until after Thanksgiving, he said he would put a crew to work immediately because, the property was for sale. It took 2 painters 2 1/2 days to complete the job to perfection. They were friendly and cleaned up the area extremely well, after completing the job. I would give the company A+ if it was possible and highly recommend this company.

Kurt Meyer is extremely professional, easy to work with, and dedicated to his customers' satisfaction. Carlos and his crew were also great and their work was of the highest caliber. Kurt was great to work with, very professional and very concerned with customer satisfaction. I love the new color and the trim and accent suggestions he made. The crew filled all the dimpled nails and seams and with the eggshell paint Kurt suggested, my siding looks brand new. The quality of the work was wonderful; clean up exeptional (no paint chips or drips that I could find). Price was slightly higher than other two bids, but this included a five year warranty on labor instead of two and I can't believe I would have been this satisfied with anyone else.

Kurt Meyer, the owner of the company, and his crew are outstanding. Their work is superior, their attitudes are respectful and responsive, and their timeliness in completing work is exceptional. They took extra care to ensure that our newly cleaned carpet was protected. A real plus is that Kurt gives daily updates on the progress and always listens to feedback on the work. He aims to have satisfied customers and we are very satisfied. Without a doubt, this is the first company we will call when we need more work done.

The crew was meticulous in their work - house looks 100% better - strangers walking by have stopped to comment on how nice the house looks. Cost came in higher than the original estimate, due primarily to additional materials needed - additional costs were communicated and approved in advance.

His crews are careful and conscientious, as well as respectful of homeowner property. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent. We were getting our house prepared to list for sale and Kurt and his crew were excellent. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. He worked with us to see that we got the most return for our dollar. We had a couple of concerns with the workmanship and we left Kurt a voicemail. He stopped by our house to address our concerns and person and addressed all of them very satisfactory. His crew is very hardworking. Kurt communicates well with his clients (returns calls on time, shows up to the worksite often, follows up to see how well things are going, etc.). Price was very reasonable. Very, very happy with Home Transformations and would hire them again in a minute.
