We had our 1990's golden oak kitchen cabinets painted white. We contacted Kurt and he was at our house to do an estimate the next day. Kurt and his crew finished our project in under one week. They were very professional and easy to work with. They took off all the doors and hardware, painted them in our basement and put them back on - it was so easy! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen.

I was *beyond* impressed with this company and its staff. Kurt was very responsive, both from initial walk-through and questions to the finished project. Vladimir and staff did a phenomenal job - paint was beautifully and evenly applied, and not a drop anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. Project was finished by target date, and moreover, for a fairly sizeable and vaulted ceiling townhome with at least 7.5 rooms to paint, it was completed in about 2.5 days. Amazing!! I would absolutely, unhesitatingly recommend them. (Already thinking about calling back to get the downstairs done!!)

If I could give a better rating than an "A" rating, I would. Kurt and his crew are so talented, meticulous and professional. His crew even came on the Saturday of our last blizzard despite my saying they didn't need to. Their attention to detail is better than mine (and I can be pretty picky). I've used Home Transformations for several projects over the years and they are always my go-to for any painting project.

Before you read any further, just know that this is the painting company you want to work with. I reached out to Kurt for a price quote and he responded within 24 hours. During the on-site visit, he walked through our house, explained his process to evaluate the job, and took time to not only answer our questions but also LISTEN to our concerns. It was amazing how many others talked to us and sold us on their services but didn't really "listen" to us. This was the start of what set Home Transformations apart from the rest. The HT quote was fair, and while slightly higher than others, was also the most comprehensive. We were confident that we would not experience any hidden costs or last minute adds that we did not choose to add ourselves. We were also excited that HT quoted a 3-day job with a crew of 4 people to paint all 3 levels of our 3,300 sq. foot home. For the actual job, our crew leader Vladimir was a rock star. He ensured that every aspect of our job exceeded our expectations. The job was completed on time - with the crew ensuring each day finished on schedule. There was never a mess left at the end of the day and every room was painted to a high quality. We had one issue where a set of blinds got paint on them and HT stepped up to replace them without us even having to ask. Mistakes happen, but you ultimately judge companies with how they resolve the issue. HT exceeded our expectations yet again in this scenario. What we expected to be a difficult conversation turned into an easy one with the issue resolved immediately. Finally, the job was completed. Kurt, the owner, met with us 2 days after to ensure we were pleased with everything. Obviously, we were ecstatic. On time, on budget, and the quality of work was TREMENDOUS! Home Transformations prides itself on taking care of their customers, and this made the whole process worthwhile. We'll happily recommend Home Transformations to anyone looking for painters.

We were in a bit of a time crunch, and when Kurt had an unexpected opening, he called and fit us into his schedule. I also asked if they could add painting the kitchen ceiling if they had time (textured, recessed lighting and chandeliers) - they did! They arrived promptly and got right to work. I needed to leave town right after work began and returned 3 days later to perfectly painted walls and ceilings! The crew was meticulous about keeping all of our furnishings covered and safe, and were sensitive about keeping track of our kitties so they did not scoot out the door. I can't say enough about how easy the process was or how professional and competent everyone was. I would definitely call Home Transformations again. A truly first class experience!

We needed a quick turnaround on a painting project before moving into a new residence (~4days). HTI came out for an estimate and started working a day later. They finished one day ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to Conor and his team. We would highly recommend them!

Very professional, efficient and accommodating. We needed a large portion of our home painted before we could list it to sell. Kurt came on a Friday, gave us an estimate and by Monday he had a 4 man crew at our house to paint. All work was completed in one day. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. We would most definitely hire again.

Can't say enough good things about Home Transformations and their team. We were preparing our house for sale, and our list of projects changed dramatically as we brought on a realtor. The project lead was outstanding in adjusting the project flow and the number of people on site to complete the (widely expanded) project on the date originally designated. We had two dogs on-site that the team worked around and treated well. In many cases, the team took extra effort to ensure a quality outcome - as an example, there was a wall which had been painted in an alternating vertical pattern - rather than simply painting over it, the team first sanded down the seams between the stripes, and then painted. The team cleaned up after themselves each day, and very thoroughly on the last day. The attention to quality, adherence to timeline, and professionalism of the team really sets Home Transformations apart.

Kurt and the crew were great - professional, courteous, respectful and cooperative! We needed almost the entire interior of our 5,800 sq ft home re-painted, and they go the job done in 1 week! Good attention to detail, and good communication during the project. We defiantly would hire them again for a project!

This is the second time I have used Home Transformations. The first time was for the ceilings and I didn't hesitate to call them again when it came time for the walls. The finished project exceeded all my expectations. The crew was professional and very detailed. I will have them back to do the basement when the construction is completed.

Very high quality work. Prompt, professional. One area where the edging was a little sloppy.

It went very well. It took us a while to schedule but once it was scheduled it went well. They showed up on time each day and the work was completed in the time frame given.

The two man crew were very punctual, considerate and tidy. I would also call them perfectionists. The paint lines where the bookshelves met the wall and fireplace were perfectly straight. There was one small "imperfection" that I noticed after they left on day 2 that I was going to mention to them, but when I looked for it the next day they had already fixed it! I would definitely hire them again.

Great tcrew. Surfaces were nicely prepped, paint applied, workspace regularly cleaned up at day's end. They've done two jobs for me so far and will call back next spring! Fast, quality work. Highly recommend

The crew was very polite, punctual and tidy. I have used a couple of other painters in the past and this was the best experience and the work looks wonderful. It did take a while to get the work completed (about 3 months) but Kurt kept me informed of status of the project.

Well. Had used them many years ago and their work lasted much longer than their 5 year warranty and much longer than a more recently used lower priced painter.

Our expectations were blown away by the level of expertise and professionalism by both Kurt (owner) and the crew that did the work. They were a real source of information and became a trusted resource that is hard to find in workers on this old home. Pricing was upfront and fair, minor changes were dealt with generously and mostly just folded into the original price without any additional cost even though we changed and added some things. Always punctual and flexible around our schedule. We will definitely be calling Kurt with any future painting needs and tell all our friends to go with Home Transformations.

We signed a contract with them in July and because of the awfully rainy season we’ve had, they weren’t able to get to our house until October. They did come and paint the really bad parts (parts where wood was exposed) to protect it during the winter months. The areas with wood rot were replaced with new wood. (The wood replacement was done by Pinnacle Contracting Solutions. Home Transformations doesn’t do wood work. Only painting.) They wil be back in the spring to complete the painting job. We haven’t paid them in full yet. We’ve only paid a deposit.

We worked with SP Carpentry & Custom Windows for the storm window/trim fix, who were great. Home Transformations was not only a company recommended by SP, but also had high ratings from Angie's List, so we went ahead and got a bid from them. Out of all 3 bids we ended up getting, the estimate we got from Home Transformations was the most reasonable. I admit their bid was not the cheapest, but they were the only company who brought up concerns of lead based paint and offered solutions to that. We knew that there would be lead paint involved because of the age of the house, and with a little 4 year old at home, we wanted to make sure that the job was done safe. We'd rather pay a little extra to ensure no lead dust was flying around and it was worth every penny. SP and Home Transformation have worked together before, so they just went back and forth between the themselves to come up with a plan (divide and conquer - love it!) and schedule to make the whole project go smooth. This relieved me from being the middle man, took a lot of burden off my shoulder. Both my husband and I work full time, and Home Transformation did all their work while we were at work - the only way I could tell they have been doing their work was from Kurt's emails of letting me know the start of date, finding the storm windows taken down, seeing the old paint removed from windows, primed and then painted. No dust, no mess, it was amazing! The only thing that was left behind was some leftover paint we could use to touch up later on if needed. It took us a little while before the work was done - 3 months from the bid, but Kurt did give us heads up that he was backed up and was not going to be able to work on our project right away. He assured us that it will be done before winter, and he kept his promise. The storm windows were done by SP a month before Kurt and his team were able to start (custom made), but again, with both teams communicating and adjusting schedules between them, other than waiting, we didn't have to do anything. We were initially given the duration of 1.5-2 weeks for the project, but all the work was done in 3 days. As for the estimate - every thing was spot on. We did end up paying slightly more, but that was because the glass replacement ended up being done by Home Transformations, not SP. I just ended up adding a little extra on the check to Home Transformations and a little less to SP. All in all, no surprises (except for being pleasantly surprised at how well things worked out), really happy with the end product. I would strongly recommended Home Transformations to anybody, including my friends and family, and if we were to need any exterior help in the future, I would go back to Kurt and his team at Home Transformations without any hesitation.

They came when they said they would, completed the work when they said they would, did a good professional job, were friendly on the job, and cleaned up everything afterward. We couldn't be more pleased!

Home Transformations did an incredible job. It took a few months to get on their calendar, but it was worth it. Our trim is beautifully painted.

Kurt and his team were very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Kurt was very knowledgable and experienced, and helped guide us to specific product recommendations that the other painters we interviewed overlooked. For example, Kurt noticed how much our home's Hardie Board siding had faded over the years, and recommended we apply a masonry primer before applying a new top-coat. Kurt's estimate was accurate, and his crew were very talented painters who did a fine job. I was very impressed by their skill level, and was grateful for their good communications skills. Our project started on time, finished on time, and now our home looks brand new again. Will definitely hire Kurt and team again!
