Our contractor used All, Inc. when we remodeled our kitchen, so we went back to All, Inc. when our cooktop cracked 6 years later. We ordered the cooktop in June, and they told us it would be September before we got it. In October, we called them to check on the status, and they claimed they had called us to schedule the installation, but they hadn't. Then they didn't show up on the day we scheduled it, and told us they couldn't find our cooktop in their warehouse. They rescheduled us for the following week. On the second attempt to install it, they told us they couldn't find the cooktop again. We're still waiting.

I was referred to All Inc by the kitchen designer that I was working with on a reno. I had never been there before, and their showroom is impressive. I had an appointment, but arrived early so that I could look around on my own for a while and that went really well. A couple of sales staff asked me if I needed help, and when I said I just wanted to look around, they were nice and left me alone so I could check things out. The salesperson I worked with was very good (Linda Massanti), and very knowledgeable, gave me quotes on several appliances so that I could think about them some more and do some research.
I ended up buying a Wolf range, JennAir refrigerator and Whirlpool dishwasher. When the job was ready to have appliances delivered, Linda set up delivery for the date requested.
The delivery was a nightmare and they made several calls to their manager during the process. The two delivery guys complained that the refrigerator wouldn't fit through the front door before they even had it off the truck! They didn't want to use straps or take off the doors. They said it was too tall. Really?? They finally did get it in the door and into the kitchen (doors still intact), but it took them about a half hour of mostly complaining to do so. Then they brought in the range. The range was about a 1/2-inch too wide to fit through the kitchen door. The kitchen contractor told them to take off the oven door (instructions included in the Wolf manual). They said they weren't authorized to do so, and their manager said they could have their Wolf specialist come over the next day to take off the door. From the get go, these guys wanted nothing more that to shut the door on their truck and leave.
The ?specialist? showed up the next day. This guy actually is just another delivery guy. He looked at the appliance manual
and told his partner to go to the truck and get a screw driver to take the door off. I handed the ?specialist? a tool that
came with the range that the books says to use to remove the oven door. He did get the oven door off, and everything
into place.
The contractor had placed a call to the delivery manager after the first two guys left. He happened to return the call the next day while the contractor was at my house. Contractor explained that every time he has job with appliances from All Inc, there is a delivery problem. Basically, the All Inc guy told him that the appliances got delivered, nothing was damaged, and he had nothing to complain about. No apology, nada, zilch.
After this experience, I would never refer any one to All Inc. They are very good at selling, but horrible at delivering and giving good customer service. Considering I spent over $10K there, I think I should have been treated a little nicer.

Design meetings went really well with ALL, Inc. Plato Avenue, St. Paul, MN.
We were promised a 3 day install of cabinets. To preform this 3 day cablinet install, payment is required in full. A red flag!
ALL Inc contracts with Titus Contracting LLC in Savage, MN to install cabinets. OMG, the first day of install the installer, Scott of Titus Contracting made a mess of our newly purchased cabinets!
We purchased these lovely Dura Supreme cherry wood cabinetry for their craftsmanship and lasting quality.Titus?s install of our cabinetry has degraded the quality of our purchase.
We made payment to ALL, Inc. for an industry-standard of professional installers that would warrant our purchase of Dura Supreme cabinetry?.My husband phoned ALL Inc to talk with the owner of ALL Inc. The ower did not want to talk with my husband about these issues.
ALL Inc. did not confim fax receipt of our cabinet order to the cabinet manuafacture Dura Supreme! This delayed our kitchen 6 weeks! How do you run a house with a family without a kitchen!
Ugh, there is so much more that was not right with Titus Contracting, LLC that it upsets me to think about it. I am still finding cabinet doors that have been stripped during the install!!
Feel free to contact me at 651/905-3867.

As of 01-06-14 I have not received service on a floor model Miele refrigerator which had a defective ice maker and a problematic filtration system. They have not exactly moved heaven and earth to take care of the problem which is now more than two months old; a unit I might add totaled thousands of dollars.

Lousy. At the time of the sale, I instructed the sales person to be sure to remove it from display since it was paid in full and I did not want to get any more scratches on it. Once the motors arrived 3 weeks later, I was contacted to arrange delivery since company had a policy that it would only hold items for a limited time. On the day of delivery they arrive with only the motors. I ask where was the vent and much to my surprise I was told it was still on display. They did respond quickly and seem to take it down and deliver within in a couple hours. However, it arrived with only a partial cardboard cover with sides exposed and no plastic protective wrap. I inquired about a discount since they had essentially used it for another month and exposed it to further damage. Remarkably, I was told it was safer on display then in their warehouse. I had to make several more calls to get a manual printed off the website and never received any warranty cards or any standard packaging information. Was advised floor models may have missing parts which was indeed listed on the small print on the store display. Buyer beware!
I would have skipped this negative review if I did not find the following upon going to install it a month later as the project progressed. First, it was missing a key installation adapter plate that should have either come with it or been ordered with the motor. When I called Wolf, I discovered they sold me a 2008 model and the missing part would cost me a two week delay, a second trip for the installer and $60 more bucks for the parts. I will skip shopping there in the future and will stick with Eden Prairie Appliances. I purchased a display model Wolf range from them and had the completely opposite experience. Item could stay on site for as long as necessary--key since one has to order appliances early in kitchen projects. It was store in the warehouse wrapped in plastic and delivered with all the packaging.

We bought some high end appliances from All Inc. The salesperson that we worked with was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and patient about the fact that our appliances sat in their warehouse for six months because our contractor took a long time. They were very nice and accommodating in that regard. We've had them out twice for delivery and they were great with that.

Buyer Beware - the Delivery Service is TERRIBLE and Customer Service is even worse. We had three major problems. 1. When removing our old oven, they broke glass all over my kitchen floor and did not try to clean it up - they were just going to roll the dolly over the broken glass. I had to stop them so that I could sweep the floor to remove the glass so that they did not grind it into my hardwood floor. As they removed the oven from my house, they also sprayed glass all over my sidewalk and driveway and never said a word about it. 2. When I purchased the range, I was told the range would be wired with an electrical plug and paid $15 for the plug. The sales person also called three days before the delivery to verify what type of electrical outlet we had so that it could be wired correctly. When they called, I had an electrician at the house at that exact time installing the outlet, so I was able to specifically tell them the type of outlet. When the range was delivered, there was no plug attached and the delivery guys told me that it was my responsibility to have an electrician wire the plug to the appliance. Had I been told that the appliance would need an electrician to wire the plug, I would have only had the electrician come once after the appliance was delivered, rather than needing two trips. This resulting in the need was a second electrician trip (an extra cost of over $150!! . 3. When bringing the range in my front door, they somehow pulled the wood trim that holds the screen door to the house away from the house. The trim was about 4-5 inches away from the house at the top of the door the the trim hanging at an angle such that the bottom of the trim was still close to the wall. They never said anything to me about this. They just put the range in the kitchen, gave me my paperwork, had me sign a form stating that nothing was damaged, and left through a different door. As they were pulling away from my yard, I noticed that the screen door was not shut properly. I ran after the truck to get the delivery guy's attention (running over pieces of broken glass without shoes on!!) They came back and tried to hammer the trim back, while I called the sales person to express a complaint. They were unable to properly repair the damage, so they gave me their supervisor's phone number and left. The sales person with whom I was on the phone with said to also talked with their supervisor. I have since spoken with the supervisor and several people at All Inc. Each person says that their delivery guys did not damage my door - that it was "normal wear and tear". My door and trim was fine when they arrived and broken when they left - that is NOT normal wear and tear!!

We had gone a few other places so we had a good idea what we wanted by the time we arrived at All so I cannot comment on their design capabilities. The cabinets we purchased were very good quality, solid cherry doors, slow close drawers and the price was lower than lower quality cabinets we had found at other places. Our sales person came out to measure and he did a good job but we were a little concerned since we were moving a wall and that work had not started. We were very happy with how it all ended up. Drawers were a little shallower than expected but besides that sew love the cabinets.

Everyone was great to work with. The sales staff was extremely knowledgable. They have a large selection on the floor which makes selection easier. Most important, the prices were lower than anything else we found in the cities. We had a problem with leveling the fridge and called them to discuss and then went in to get some assistance. Another sales person who had more knowledge with our product helped us, they called the factory for the appropriate manual (the manufacturer included the wrong one) and then arranged a free service call since we still weren't satisfied. We would not hesitate to use them again for other appliance purchases.

I went in person to match the finish on the doors. The manufacturer changed the color of the trim, so I had to pick one that matched most closely. I was surprised to find that although 5 years had past since I had need to replace a cabinet door, All Inc. was far less expensive than the first company I had done business with, and they could get the doors faster too. After I picked them up and brought them home (I work a few blocks away- they do deliver) I discovered that the new doors were prepared to accept a hinge style that was incompatible with the existing hinges. They ordered new hinges for the new doors which I thought were a bit expensive. When the hinges arrived, the order had twice the hinges I needed- it wasn't clear to the sales person that each hinge order included 2 complete hinge assemblies and screws and that you order by the # of doors, not the # of hinges. They happily refunded me for the extra hinges. I was so happy that I didn't need to replace all the doors when only a few were damaged and that the style was still available even 15 years later.

This was a great company to work with. They sold me a great stove and the installation was great. The workers were very careful about not harming my home when they brought it in. The price was also great. I don't think all of their appliances are as well priced but I got a great deal on mine. It's a great store.

I initially went to ALL Inc just to see what my options were (very early on when I was just beginning to look)... I hadn't checked Angie's list yet, so I really hadn't decided where to buy the products from. Sara and I hit it off right away. Her personality was very easy to work with, she had some great ideas on things that I hadn't thought of, and she was not the type to push "the latest trends" but rather took time to find out what I liked and offered suggestions based on my tastes. After that first meeting, I knew I didn't have to look any further... she won my business (even without checking the list)... I really felt that she would be easy to work with... and I was right. We spent a lot of time measuring my space, picking out the right configuration of cabinets, and she recommended many things that I would never have thought of. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that I love! (As a side note ... All Inc did not do the install due to other remodeling that I was doing at the same time and that contractor could do all of the installs together. However, Sara was great in giving me a bid so that I could "keep the other contractor honest" and compare prices, and she made herself available to the other contractor if they had any questions about the cabinets, layout, or installation of them. She really went "above and beyond"!!)

The contractor came out to measure and gave us an install date within two weeks. The demolition guy did a great job, called ahead of time to let us know when he would be there. He was on time and did a neat clean job, removed all debris and disconnected the plumbing and garbage disposal. The next day the installers came with the cut silestone. One large piece was slightly off, so they remeasured, removed all the pieces and recut a new piece. They reinstalled within 3 days. We think the original measurements were slightly off because the old formica backsplash was actually curved up from the countertop. A plumber was sent the next day to reinstall the garbage disposal and install the new faucet.

WHAT I WANTED HAD TO BE SPECIAL-ORDERED, WHICH SEEMED TO THROW THE REP ASSIGNED TO ME FOR A LOOP. HE DIDN'T CALL ME TO TELL ME THE PARTS WERE ORDERED, AND, THOUGH I KNEW IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE WHILE, I DON'T THINK HE WAS CLEAR ABOUT HOW LONG IT COULD TAKE. I HAD TO CALL HIM AND FIND THAT OUT. THE PULLS DID ARRIVE AHEAD OF THE SIX WEEKS PROMISED (GOOD!), BUT, WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE HARDWARE, I WAS SHUNTED OFF TO THEIR WAREHOUSE, WHERE I SPENT ABOUT 45 MINUTES WAITING (WITH NO PROVISION FOR CUSTOMERS; I GOT TO DODGE FORKLIFTS AND LEAN AGAINST A TABLE) WHILE THEY SEARCHED FOR THE BOX CONTAINING MY HARDWARE. THEY FINALLY FOUND IT, BUT NEVER BOTHERED APOLOGIZING FOR 'LOSING' IT. NOT AN EXPERIENCE I'M EAGER TO REPEAT.

IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE CONTRACTOR SINCE APRIL AND I FINALLY GOT AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM YESTERDAY. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CABINETS, SO A SIMPLE PULL OUT OF OLD CABINETS AND REPLACEMENT WITH SAME SIZE CABINETS TURNED INTO A WHOLE WALL TEAR OUT INCLUDING SOFFITS. THEYVE CALLED ME FOUR TIMES TO DELIVER APPLIANCES, BUT THE KITCHEN HASNT EVEN BEEN STARTED YET SO THEY CANT DELIVER APPLIANCES UNTIL THE KITCHEN IS DONE, THEY STILL SHOW UP EVEN WHEN IM NOT HOME TO DELIVER THE APPLIANCES, EVEN THOUGH I CANT TAKE THEM YET. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. THEY BILL THEMSELVES AS A ONE STOP SHOP, BUT THEY SUB-CONTRACT ALL WORKERS AND THE SALES PEOPLE IN THE STORE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THE COMPANY OPERATES. THEYVE JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT REMOVE OR INSTALL APPLIANCES AND NOW IM LEFT TO FIND SOMEONE TO DO ALL THAT MYSELF. THIS COMPANY THAT BILLS THEMSELF AS AN ALL IN ONE COMPANY DOESNT REALLY DO ANYTHING BUT SELL MATERIALS.
